The Power Outage mission sends a team to search for a missing engineer at a spaceport in A.R.C. RaidersReach the broken substation and find traces of the worker who went to repair it. To restore power to Speranza, you'll have to fix the problem yourself.
How to complete the "Power Outage" quest in ARC Raiders
All mission objectives must be completed within a round. This means that if you die, you'll have to start over. As you progress, additional objectives will appear in the log.
Look for traces of the missing engineer
Once you've loaded into the raid, find the power substation south of the spaceport, near the security checkpoint. This area, remote from the main facility, is relatively safe, as it's not patrolled by drones and offers nothing of interest to raiders.
Once you reach the complex, enter. Between the rows of transformers is an iron box with a quest interaction point.
Restore nutrition
Search the container—there's a large power cell inside. Pick it up by pressing "E" and take it to the device that opens nearby. Insert the fuse into the compartment, then turn the lever to the right of it.
Celeste will report that this is enough to restore the network to half-power. The missing engineer has also been spotted crawling toward one of the hatches, meaning it's time to return to Speranza for the reward.
Rewards
Upon returning to town, Celeste will give you a set of crafting materials and a new cosmetic item:
- "Bag" option for the "Radio Rebel" costume;
- wires ×5;
- explosive substance ×5;
- oil ×5.
The mechanic of inserting a power cell into a cell is quite common and helps unlock locked doors and solve puzzles across various maps.
