Where to find Sivka in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
The robbers sold Sivka to a huckster from Semin for a few groschen. Now the horse grazes in the fortress paddock along with the other horses for sale. You can go there right after the quest "Troski" or continue progressing through the story.
By choosing the quest line of the blacksmith Radovan, you will be sent to Semin on his instructions and will be able to reunite with your faithful companion.
How to get Sivka in KCD 2
As in many other situations, the game offers you to choose how to get Sivka. The easiest thing to do is to steal the animal from under the nose of the Seminsky groom. You can also act more honestly, trying to negotiate with him or buy him for a small amount.
Steal
Wait until Ballatai turns away and doesn't see Henry stealing the horse. By holding "E", you can mount the horse and jump over the fence of the pen, for example, from the side of the arena.
If stolen, Sivka will not become a full-fledged companion - first you need to appropriate her. To do this, go to the gypsy camp and find the horseman Mikolai at the entrance. Drive the horse under the red flag at the cart at the entrance to the settlement, and then talk to the dealer.
When you first contact us, ask: "Sell the horse quietly?". The gypsy will tell you that he can buy the stolen animal or make Indro its rightful owner.
If you want to appropriate the mount, then select "(Buy)". Nikolai will ask for the sum of Sivka 80 groschen.
Make an agreement with Ballatay
When you first enter Semin's stable, Indro will recognize Sivka and you will have the opportunity to hold him down. "L Alt", to examine it. After the hero's comment on this matter, go to the groom Ballatay. Most likely, the merchant is nearby. If he is not, wait an hour.
After talking to the groom, talk to him about your horse. He will tell you that he bought it from some suspicious person and does not want to give it away just like that. Normal arguments will not work on him, but you can pass one of the skill checks:
- "Look at me!" (impression) - to succeed you need to look charming enough. If you try this option in the starting dirty clothes, Ballatay will refuse.
- "Let's reason" (conviction) - that will be enough pump up eloquence up to level 7.
Success on any of these skill checks will guarantee you receive Sivka for free.
Buy
If you were unable to persuade Ballatay, select the last option in the dialogue: "Then I'll buy it.". The groom will ask for 150 groschen for the mare, but if you want, you can haggle a little. At the beginning of the game, you can reduce the price to 140.
How to upgrade Sivka
Sivka is the cheapest horse with the worst stats. But the developers left the option to upgrade it, making it one of the best in the game. To do this, you need to get a hidden perk "Good Old Sivka". This skill can be unlocked by riding her for 35 kilometers without using fast travel.

Who to choose: Sivka or Herring
At the beginning of the task "Back in the Saddle" Mr. Bergov will donate one of his horses, Herring, to Indro. It will have better stats than Sivka without a perk. However, Herring also has a hidden skill, "Royal Herring". To get it, you will need to ride a new horse for 50 km. Choose a horse at your discretion.

If you exchanged Sivka for Herring or any other horse and want to return it, go to Semin again. This must be done before completing the quest "Necessary Evil", otherwise the fortress will become inaccessible.
A week after the horse change, Sivka will appear again in the stable of the groom Ballatay and will be sold for 220 groszy. You can buy her or try to steal her and then drive her to the gypsy camp to Mikolai.
Achievement Old Friend
To obtain achievement Old friend, you need to get Sivka back by any means necessary, thereby fulfilling the condition "You found Sivka".
