Riddles involving the moon, sun, and stars are the main focus of much of the Rhodes Hill Medical Center walkthrough. How to solve the sun, moon, and star puzzles in Resident Evil Requiem
Each of the three puzzles requires you to guess a four-digit combination of symbols. The containers themselves are located in executive rooms throughout the medical center, so to access them all, you'll need to fully explore the complex.
Find the Moon Quartz in the Chairman's Office
The chairman keeps the first key. His room is on the second floor of the west wing, near the lounge bar. All you need to get in is a keycard, which can be found in the medicine cabinet where the blind girl is locked.
To get a hint, find a pencil in the same room and color over the torn diary.

Find the Solar Quartz in the Chief Researcher's Office.
The second puzzle is also on the second floor, but on the right side of the building. To access the cabinet, you need to:
- 'Claim' key card to the east wing - It can be taken from the living room, which opens with a red stone from the box with the unicorn in the chairman's room.

Find Star Quartz in the Asylum
The final puzzle cabinet is located at the far end of the east wing - in the office of the head of the security service behind the detention center. To get there:
- Take away wrench in the caretaker's room near the southwest stairs.
