Slums is a quest chain in Genshin Impactdedicated to the confrontation between two gangs SnowyBy standing up for the locals, the Traveler will meet the Luchkintsy and help them foil the Izmailovtsy's plan to open the Shadow Sphere. The reward for this mission will be a key leading to the treasure of the Great Thief.
How to start the quest
To open the series tasks of the Snow World "Slum":
- Reach 18th adventure rank or higher.
- Complete the quest Shots in the Land of Silence the first chapter of the seventh volume of the Archon's tasks "Merciless Frost".
Head to the Ash Quarter of Snowgrad and approach the arguing people on the stone bridge over the railroad north of the Central Station. Approaching them will initiate the first chapter of the quest.
How long does it take to complete?
It will take about 1 hour to complete both parts. one hour (When reading dialogues, the time will increase to two hours).
Walkthrough of the Slums quest in Genshin Impact
The story begins with a meeting with the Izmailovtsy, who demand repayment of a debt from a girl named Marfa. After intervening in the dispute, you'll meet the Luchkintsy, another local gang opposed to the Izmailovtsy's methods.
Chapter One: Burn the Barns and Stables
Head to the Luchkintsev stronghold, where Zmey will tell you about his plan to steal a raw material sample from the Izmailovtsy for a mechanism capable of opening the Shadow Sphere. At the Central Station, follow the werewolf Lori and infiltrate the train's freight car. After stealing the sample, jump off the train and return to your new comrades' base, where the second part will begin.

Chapter Two: Disputes Without Honor and Justice
Upon returning, it turns out that contact has been lost with Luchkintsy member Gureva, who has gone to the Izmailovtsy base. Infiltrate the secret cave behind Glupov and rescue your new acquaintance. From the information obtained from the captive, the heroes learn that the device for entering the Shadow Sphere is located in the Train Graveyard, and the password is "Oedipus." Take a rented train to the secret base near Rankova Zorya station, get inside and defeat the Young Prince Vasily Izmailov.

Rewards
After talking to the Serpent at the end of the quest, you will receive two additional items:
- Smelting from crystal ore is needed for Alyosha's quest. Ray of the Morning Dawn.
- The location of the Great Thief's treasure unlocks the quest. Snow-covered forest wasteland.
Completing a series of two quests will yield a total of:
- Primogems ×60;
- mora ×45;
- Hero's Wit ×4;
- Mystic Enhancement Ore ×6.
Smelting crystal ore is necessary to repair Rankova Zarya Station, as part of the quest "Ray of the Morning Dawn." The quest can be picked up at the Pathfinder's Lodge (Alyosha) meeting point.

I didn't get it either, I completed Archon Rank 57, all the world quests were completed in the Snowy World, what else do they need?
Sounds more like a bug that requires you to restart the game (or at least a test run and back) several times.
Snezhnaya is completely bugged, some quests break and are fixed only after a restart, some simply do not appear, quest items are not given, I have not been able to complete the quest for four days now.
