How to mine ore in Genshin Impact
When mining ore, it is recommended to use heroes with two-handed weapons, as they are able to break its pieces in 1-3 normal hits. I can't figure out what the speed of its extraction depends on. I have:
Dehya - 1369 SA, % damage from the first three attacks 62, 61, 76. The Bell 80. Gets a Crystal in 3 hits.
Sayu - 1522 SA, % damage from the first three attacks 72, 71, 43+43. Flower in 90th armor. Gets a Crystal in 4 hits.
They have the same level, 80 (Dehya only hasn't upgraded). So, Dehya should be worse on all fronts, but she breaks faster.
I'm writing late, but:
Loot speed isn't affected by damage, equipment, level, or anything else. It's up to the creators to give certain characters a higher loot speed. A level 1 two-handed weapon will always be superior to a level 90 one-handed weapon, just as a level 1 two-handed weapon will always be equal to a level 90 two-handed weapon.
Catalysts can't mine ore at all, except for Ningguang, Yanfei, Kli, and Heizo (Heizo is slow at it)
