Snezhnograd is the capital Snowy and one of the main locations of the Permafrost in Genshin ImpactThe city is home to the Central Station, the Druzhina Headquarters, the Royal Theater, shops, and the Polar Palace. How to get to Snezhnograd
Snezhnograd can be accessed during the Snezhnaya storyline. After unlocking the region, the Traveler can reach the capital by train and continue free exploration of the city. The main areas of the Permafrost become accessible after the introductory chapter. "Merciless Frost".

Ground and underground teleports

Oculus in the air
The Cryocule is located high above the statue in the city center. Climb to the roof of the Podvorie restaurant and activate the snowball launcher located there.
Adjust the trajectory so the projectile passes slightly above the Cryoculus. When the snowball approaches the particle, exit its form so the character is close to the oculus and can pick it up.
Useful NPCs
In the capital of the Cryo region, you can talk to many NPCs, but among them, it is worth highlighting two characters whose tasks are mandatory for completing the map 100%.
Pelagia
