Valery places great importance on precise planning and impeccable adherence to deadlines. He is described as a cool-headed commander who can sometimes be intimidating. What does the character look like
Valery's appearance befits his rank: he is a tall, powerfully built man with a calm, stern face. He has fair skin, dark violet eyes with circular irises, and short, dark gray hair. He wears a black military uniform with a long fur coat and numerous metal details.
It seems that instead of a left arm he has a prosthesis (or it is heavily reinforced with metal armor).
Eye of God, weapons and skills
Valery uses one-handed sword: и Electro element (sources - Mero and Kyvalda). He has a normal Eye of God, so he can't summon it on his own. Star reactions and is a 4⭐ character.

It's a shame that Valery ended up being a 4*. And they skimped on his animations, too. This character intrigued me the most out of Snezhnaya's entire cast. I was ready to invest real money in the game to get him at least C2 with a signature, but alas.
I don't know why most people are whining that Valery will most likely be made a 4* character - in my eyes, this is more of a big chance to get him quickly, rather than painstakingly accumulate a guarantee for a man.
Yes, judging by the design, it's clear it'll be a 4*. Stop whining about it; it's significantly less detailed. From the raw screenshots, it even seems almost as if it's inferior in design to Illuga. Noah, for example, will be a 5*, and his design is CLEARLY CLEAR. Meanwhile, Danika's design is completely awkward. In short, the Snow Queen's characters are a disappointment; I only liked Mitya, Noah, and Vodyanitsa. The Queen turned out very ordinary; at least she has a tall model.
