The Eye of God is a magical artifact in Genshin Impact, allowing the wearer to control elemental power. To control the elements, they must carry it with them. Not everyone can wield such an amulet, as they are given only to the most worthy, but there are alternative magical items such as the Heart of God, the Moon Wheel, the Star Wedge, and others.
For what they give the Eye of God in Genshin Impact
Those who manage to attract the attention of the Archons receive their favor—the Eye of God. It is intended to help the chosen ones achieve their desires, but at a steep price. The artifact allows its bearer to control one of the seven elements: Pyro, Hydro, Anemo, Dendro, Electro, Cryo, and Geo.
There are criteria that a person must meet in order to receive a specific God's Eye:

- Electro — control. - Cryo - conflict. This can be either a conflict with oneself or a conflict with the outside world (Shivada Jade: "...Forgive me... For forcing you to bear all the world's grievances. You endured my cruel cold, which means the desire to burn rages within you. Then burn this old world for me.").
- Geo - hard work, wisdom, and a guarantor of the future. A person does not have to combine all three of these qualities at once to receive this Eye of God (Prithiva Topaz: "The currency here is blood. I am the guarantor of the people's diligence, wisdom, and future. Such is the trust I have placed in you. Betray it, and you defile my blood.").
- Dendro - knowledge, personal growth and the desire to achieve your goal despite logic (Nagadus Emerald: "I had a long, long dream... People, holding hands, whirled in a dance. Sages and simpletons, maidens and brave men, dolls and statues of deities... The entire universe was encoded in their dance. 'Life' is the eternal goal, and 'wisdom' is merely a means.").
The same Eye of God can glow multiple times. This is because after the death of its owner, the artifact goes out and loses its ability to control the elements. However, if a worthy person picks it up, it can glow again. This is what happened with the Eye of God. ruler of Ningguang и astrologer Mona Megistus.
Can it be destroyed?
Vision can't be broken, because it is immune to all types of damage. For example, Sucrose conducted numerous experiments with this artifact, but it was not damaged.
However, the bearer may voluntarily abandon the Archons' gift. In this case God's eye will fade away, and the owner will be unable to use elemental powers. If the person returns to the artifact, it will rekindle and allow them to control the elements. Anemo—those who need freedom. From trauma like the death of a loved one, literal slavery (hello from Xiao and Skara), or fears that are an integral part of their personality (Sayu, Sakharok). IMHO, they're the hardest to pinpoint; the others are easier.
Pyros are passionate about their work. Every Pyro-person is literally on fire with their passion. Music, funerals, adventures, gliders, law, explosions. Everyone has their own thing, but they're 10,000,000% dedicated. The only thing is, it makes more sense for Yun Jin to be a Pyro-girl.
Hydros are protectors, loyal to someone. Family, clan, science, citizens. They protect what is most dear to them.
Electro are freaks. They don't fit into canon. A blasphemer, a good pirate, an escaped priestess, an auf-boy, and all that.
Cryo—that's where there's a real internal conflict. But here we're talking about a literal juxtaposition of two sides of the personality.
Geos are hard workers. They work hard to achieve their goals, so determination is more their thing than that of the Pyro-Chelics. Becoming a knight, uncovering secrets, acquiring wealth, and so on.
