Banners in Neverness to Everness 1.1
The Scarborough Fair in update 1.1 will feature two S-rank characters - Lacrimosa and Chaos.
First phase (June 3 – June 23)
Lacrimosa (Damage: Chaos) - representative of the first half of the summer version Fading Dreams, which can play two positions at once: the main damage dealer and the driver. The main mechanic of the "mouse" is periodic damage (DoT status) "Nightmare"). According to history, he is a member of the TOI-4 task force and works closely with Fadia, Baykang, and Skia.
Along with the limited board, there are costume bonuses, where you can pick up:
- Tomato Duet glider for 50 throws;
- car paint "Tomato Cruise" for 120;
- Gilded Rhapsody suit for 200.
Second phase (June 24 – July 14)
During this period, the main character of the exclusive fair will be Chaos (Damage: Lakshana). Presumably, he occupies the position of a secondary damage dealer, but with the right investment, he can be used as a hyper-carry.
What's the next banner on NTE?
Insiders and data miners often reveal which characters will appear in future Fairs. However, preliminary information is not always reliable and may change by the time the next update is released.
Scarborough Fair 1.2
Seele Leaks shared information about which characters will receive banners from versions 1.2 to 1.4 inclusive. The forecast for the second chapter is as follows:
- Shinku (Space: Damage);
- Iroy (Anima: Survival).
Each of these heroines is a member of the second unit, OS-2, in the "Anomaly Control Bureau." Roles are tentative and may change before release.
Scarborough Fair 1.3

Another active esper will be Linko (Specialization and attribute unknown). The girl caught the audience's attention during the pre-release broadcast thanks to her gentle nature and the anomaly that always hovers nearby.
Scarborough Fair 1.4
If the information is confirmed, then update 1.4 will become the most anticipated due to Blackbird (presumably Chaos) and Akane (specialization and attribute unknown).
Types of fairs and their differences
In the NTE, the Arc Exploration event, permanent and exclusive banners are the primary way to obtain S-rank fighters and weapons. The distinguishing feature of limited banners is lack of "50/50", that is, upon spending a certain number of Triple Keys and Hard Cubes, the player is guaranteed to receive an event item of 5⭐ rarity.
Strange Encounters
The permanent event "Strange Encounters" allows you to obtain heroes of increased rarity from a fixed list:

The basic rules by which the banner works:
- The currency is cheat's dice.
- Every 10 rolls are guaranteed to yield an Epic (4⭐) unit, every 90 rolls are guaranteed to yield a Legendary (5⭐) unit.
- During the process, you can obtain Warp Fragments and Lost Fragments, which can be spent in the in-game store on additional cubes, character duplicates, resources, and more.
The permanent Scarborough Fair also has a limited-time event: available once per account, but has no time limit. After spending ×50 loaded dice for the first time, you can take any standard S-type fighter.
Limited board
The Event Fair is a limited-time event where you can obtain a legendary unit that isn't included in the standard S-hero roster. It has the following features:
- The currency is solid cubes.
- Every 10 rolls yields at least one 4⭐ fighter, and every 90 rolls yields a 100% Legendary, represented by a banner. The 50/50 system no.
- A/S-grade items yield either "warped" or "lost" fragments.
- Sometimes a special event is held within the limited board "Skin Bonuses": By making rolls, you can earn a character costume, a glider skin, or a vehicle paint job. Such events are announced by the developers on the official stream.
Arc study
Arc store — a permanent banner, the selection of which is expanded each phase with the release of a new fighter. Basic rules:
- Currency is a triple key, always ×10 spins.
- An A-Class or higher arc is guaranteed in every draw, and at least one S-Class arc is guaranteed every six draws.
It's almost impossible to be left without legendary weapons in this event.
How long does a limited-time event last?
The standard duration of each exclusive board is 21 day, that is, the banners of the two phases of the version take up 6 weeksIf there are any changes, the developers will announce them directly, usually during official broadcasts where the content of the new patch is previewed.
History of banners
This section shows what exclusive boards were in previous versions:
- Update 1.0 (April 29 – June 2)
Don't forget to enter promo codes for cancellations, to save up for new characters faster. We've covered this in a separate article. All ways to top up your NTE account: Packs, monthly subscriptions, and the Battle Pass can also make it easier to collect hard cube currency.

Are the guarantors different between weapons or the same? If different, are they at least shared between the same ones? (Let's say a character is released and reruns. Will the number of tweaks remain if I don't tweak them at release and wait for the rerun?)
At the Bright Moon Special Fund one story.
If Hotori's signature weapon wasn't fully tweaked in update 1.0 (let's say there are three draws left until the guaranteed one), then with the release of version 1.1 you'll be able to spend money on the Lacrimosa signature and be guaranteed to get the arc after three draws (or sooner, depending on your luck).
And the leg falls exactly every 90 spins or maybe earlier and
Maybe earlier.
There's always a chance; after the 70th spin, it increases. At the 90th spin, it's 100%. If you get a legit spin before the 90th spin, the counter resets and spins back to 90th.
Again.*
Dropped from the 11th spin of the event leg
I got Nanali in the top ten and a legendary car skin right away. Then, after 58 spins, I got another Constellation for her. I won't be spinning anymore; I'll be saving up for Hotori. Although, in theory, I could have skipped the Constellation, but so be it. The Constellation will allow for some variety in builds.
