Sacrificer's Staff in Genshin Impact: Who it's for and how to level it up

In Genshin impact, the Sacrificer's Staff polearm is an epic piece of equipment with a simple design and good stats. It has the highest attack value of any 4-point polearm and a passive effect that partially addresses the needs of a specific group of allies.

How to get the Sacrificer's Staff spear

The Polearm belongs to the new series of unique equipment added exclusively to the weapon banner and will not be included into the standard banner after the temporary banner is over. They can be obtained in the first phase of the patch 6.1, taking place 22 October to 11 November, 2025.

Resources for upgrading the Sacrificer's Staff are only available for farming in the territory of Nod-Krai:

• Ember / Afterglow / Flare / Blaze of Long Night Flint are the materials obtained in the Lost Mooncourt dungeon on the territory of the autonomous region. Visit the Domain of Forgery on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays, to obtain the necessary upgrade materials.
• Mistshroud Manifestation / Plate / Helmet are dropped by the elite enemies from the Wild Hunt. They live primarily on the islands of Paha and Lempo and are often found in groups of two or three.

  

  

• Broken / Reinforced / Precision Drive Shaft are dropped by Land cruisers, who are common enemies in the Lunar Region. The Fatui combat vehicles are primarily encountered on their island near the Bureau, but individual groups can also be found on other islands.

  

  

Who is able to use the Sacrificer's Staff in Genshin Impact?

The large base ATK, combined with the additional boost from the passive, allows for a greater focus on other stats in artifacts. Additionally, the weapon's passive increases the wielder's energy regeneration, which is especially useful for companions who want to ult more often.

Suitable characters should be considered main and sub-DDs who prioritize ER% and attack power. These heroes should also use the skill frequently or hit for a long time to ensure the effects stack.

Character	Features
Ineffa	The robot girl deals damage from the pocket and relies heavily on attack power. Her own stats and the amount of Elemental Mastery she infuses into her teammates are all affected by this. The spear effectively covers all her needs, and it's especially powerful during awakenings. Brigitta attacks frequently, so bonuses stack quickly.
Flins	The Lightkeeper from the Final Night Cemetery is the core of the team, relying on his ATK stat and frequent resets of his E and ultimates. While in his stance, he casts his skill at least twice, doubling the additional effect of his spear.
Escoffier	The chef from Fontaine is a sub-damage dealer and buffer, working from off-field and dependent on attack power. The gear that provides high ATK suits her best, and the fact that her primary damage output is based on her E allows her to consistently maintain a triple passive buff.
Raiden	When using this equipment on Raiden, you must select the Electro goblet and the ER% clock. Otherwise, the ATK stat will be overkill, which will negatively impact your output.

There is no point in equipping other companions with this item, since either their rotation will not allow the weapon to be useful (for example, as in the case of Chef Xiangling, where Guoba's attacks occur after the ultimate resets), or the timings of the abilities will not allow you to gain more than one stack.

How to use this weapon

In Genshin Impact, playing with the Sacrificer's Staff spear is highly dependent on the companion wielding it. To consistently maintain the buff from the passive equipment effect, the hero's skill has to deal damage every 6 seconds. The rotation for the sub-damage dealer and the core of the party differs significantly due to how they are used:

• If we are talking about robot Ineffa, Archon Raiden и Chef Escoffier, you just need to activate the skill and go on with the rotation at any time convenient for the specific group. Their E attacks frequently, ensures the passive is constantly active, and easily creates conditions for its multiplying.
• If the wielder is Lightkeeper Flins or another damage dealer, the order of actions is crucial in terms of skill activation timing. First, their allies should activate their abilities, providing the hero with all the necessary buffs, after which you should switch to the core of the group, press E, and attack as part of their rotation.
