How the set works
The set is interesting for its characteristics, which are suitable for characters who occupy the main role of a damage dealer or sup-dd.
Set Bonuses
2 subject – will add 18% to attack power;
4 subject - Light attacks have a 36% chance to summon Ritual of the Valley, increasing their damage by 70%. Hitting with your next normal attack will remove this effect after 0,5 seconds. In case the bonus was not activated, the chance to summon the Ritual of the Valley increases by 20% with the next attack. The chance to activate the bonus can occur no more than 1 time in 0,2 seconds.

Is this set suitable for the Wanderer as a permanent set?
The artifacts that came with it are better. Halls of some sort, where the bonus of 2 gives a bonus to anemo damage.
This is in my opinion.
Yomiya is a character for whom it is not worth looking for artifacts that restore energy at all.
If you're planning on opening C6 for Yoimii, I think Echoes is better, as using Shimenawa's ultimate is extremely difficult due to the activation condition of this set's passive.
At C1, the ultimate gives a +20% attack damage buff, and obviously you either get the passive from Shimenawa or the buff from the constellation. It's possible to get both at once, but that's a nightmare, not a game.
That is, you can get all the buffs at once with Shimenawa if you constantly monitor energy, and not the game, and you won’t be able to consistently get all the goodies; some of the time, the character’s potential may be unavailable.
At C6, Yoimiya has a 50% chance of firing two arrows at a time. This will cause the passive on Echoes to activate more frequently.
1. The passive increases Echoes' damage by 70% versus 50% on Shimenawa. And the effect isn't permanent in both sets.
2. With Echoes, you can use your ultimate without restrictions or unnecessary attention, and immediately receive a buff that will steadily increase your character's DPS.
So, in the long run, I think Echoes are better, and in general, I think it's better to equip them if you have C1 or higher. And at C6, they'll show higher DPS.
