Base ATK: 48-674
Additional feature: Critical Damage 9,6%-44,1%

To simplify the calculation of resources, you can use calculator.
Who is the Tulaytullah's Remembrance in Genshin Impact for?
Tulaythulla's Memory Weapon will suit Catalysts using normal attacks to deal damage. In this case, the hero needs to take a position main dps and constantly be on the battlefield to maximize the potential of the catalyst.
You can bet on the following characters:
- Wanderer (Scaramouche). The weapon is the signature of the Wanderer, so the buffs go well with his gameplay. The hero uses normal attacks, so increasing the speed and damage of attacks will greatly increase his overall DPS. The passive effect is also easy to implement, since it deals damage while hovering after activating the elemental skill.
- Heizou similarly, he plays through regular pokes, most often taking the position of a driver, that is, under the influence of pocket abilities of supports, he hits under reactions. However, in this case, its rotation should begin with the use of elemental skill and only then apply auto attacks for 14 seconds while the buff is active. Remember that re-activating E-shki resets the damage increase, and the cooldown of his skill is 10 seconds.
- Ningguang. The weapon allows her to compensate for the low attack speed, while the high base and critical damage will not become superfluous. But it should be borne in mind that with this catalyst, you will need to hit more with ordinary blows, neglecting the charged ones. In addition, she will not receive an increase in her ult and elemental skill, which is a significant part of her damage.
- Yanfei и Klee it is charged attacks that are most often used in the rotation (especially Yanfei, who needs to spend seals in this way). Therefore, the option is extremely situational, but it can be used when revising the gameplay towards ordinary poking, as in the case of Ningguang. One way or another, it is not advisable to knock out weapons specifically for these three characters, since Lost Prayer to the Sacred Winds or Skyward Atlas from a standard banner look much better on them.
Lisa и Yae Miko are mainly considered on the sup-dd position and, in general, normal attacks are not used. Of course, you can rethink their build, make them main damage and play through auto-attacks, but their main use in combat comes from using abilities.
How Tulaytullah's Memories works
The attack speed bonus always works and is stable, however, to get the main buff, you must use the following rotation:
- We start by using the elemental skill to get the passive effect.
- After the bonus has been activated, we carry out normal attacks on opponents while the enhancement is active. That is, during 14 seconds we try to inflict as much damage as possible with pokes in order to maximize the weapon bonus.
- After the effect ends, you can switch to supports to use healing, shields or buffs, and then repeat the rotation from step 1.
It is important to remember, that you cannot leave the battlefield during the effect, and re-using the E-shki ahead of time will completely nullify the damage increase.
We hope this guide helped you find out who to put Tulaytullah's Memories on, how to get it and use it in battle. If you have any questions, ask them in the comments. Follow others weapon guides in Genshin Impact on our website.

Is Signal or C1 Wanderer better?
If you have an R5 Kazik, it's better to spin the C1 Wanderer. If not, then naturally, Signu
Do you think it's better to save gems for this Catalyst on Risley or wait for the Signa?
It will work great on different occasions, and the stats will be better
Wriothesley
Will it fit the Nevillette?
I don't think so. He only plays with charged attacks, and he doesn't need a large base anyway; only crits are useful. Better in HP.
I needed 15 dust to buy the last standard spin from the store. I got 70 at the event, 100% guaranteed, but I'm scared to spin it, waiting for the Grandfather in two months. I decided I was a genius and spent one spin on a weapon (nothing drops there anyway, yeah...). This bell arrived... Just a minute, this is the fourth spin after Kagura for Yae... And there's no one to put it on, at all (Yana is running around with Kazik, quietly waiting for the prayer. And there's no room in the pack for Skara yet. After the dev stream, I decided that Grandfather is more necessary and I'll wait for Skara in Rerun. I doubt I'll save up 160 spins even with clearing Fontaine. What do you think, should I finish Skara and farm recklessly, or just sit on Op and let Signal gather dust?
Zhongli is more useful for account economy and is more versatile. I like the Wanderer for its mobility, I enjoy its E-level, it greatly simplifies open-world exploration (collecting oculi, chests, and resources for leveling) – in this regard, it has no equal. However, in the Abyss, some dungeons, and bosses, Zhongli is more useful (especially if there are no good healers), and it is less picky about artifacts.
And the bell could be useful for new characters. According to leaks, Navilette and Risley will be Catalysts in 4.2. Charlotte might as well.
Since you don't have room for Skara in your pack, I suggest you don't waste the guarantee and get Zhongli 🙂
Does it work on Nahida in DD?
Hello! The catalyst will increase the damage of normal and charged attacks, but even as a damage dealer, Nahida's primary damage comes from her elemental skill, and her melee attacks as a damage dealer are more useful for maintaining a constant Dendro status on enemies. If you don't have any legendary alternatives, the catalyst will do just fine, but you shouldn't go for it specifically.
I got Scaramuccia and this signature hero. The pack: Scaramuccia, Faruzan, Bennett, Zhongli—his normal attack crits are around 25-30k (this is assuming the heroes' substats aren't that great, and Scaramuccia's normal attack talents, E-shots, and ultimates are all leveled up to 9, 8, and 6, respectively). And it's much easier to explore the world with him. This guy is a real cheater.
When I first knocked it out, I didn't understand anything about the game and hadn't leveled it up at all. But I only used it to navigate the world. Now, of course, I've knocked out a lot of people, but I only use it and Ayaka to navigate the world. It's just too cool. When I think back to how most players just wander around the world on foot, it's so sad that that happens.
