В Genshin Impact Name Engraver Shilonen is a Legendary rarity support who boosts her allies' damage and ensures the squad's survivability. Her Elemental skill reduces enemy resistance to the elements present on the team, and her Ultimate heals the active character.
Her gameplay is convenient due to the simple rotation and long duration of skills. The girl fits well into hyper-carry groups, since she does not require frequent switching to herself. Belonging to the Geo element and the Pyro region opens access to the strongest support sets of artifacts, but the key to the main buff is creating an elemental reaction, so the heroine has her own restrictions on the elements in the squad.

How to Get the Character
You can pull for Xilonen in her banner, which will take place December 23, 2025 to January 13, 2026of the the 6.2 update. Constellations are unlocked by acquiring copies of the heroine.
Follow the banner schedule, so as not to miss the Xilonen rerun.
Strengths and Weaknesses

The blacksmith girl occupies the position of a versatile support, suitable for virtually all squad types, including unique ones, as her resistance profile even matches the buffs of Nod-End and Snow characters. Although many heroes have their own signature supports, Shilonen can temporarily fill in for them, although she only truly shines in constellations that enhance her utility.
| Strengths | Weaknesses |
| Universal support, which alone can significantly reduce the resistance to the elements of enemies and heal allies. The ability to give buffs to any character of the Pyro, Hydro, Cryo or Electro elements opens the way to almost any team. | There aren't many options for suitable swords in the game. The best options are only available from banners, and for a craftable sword you need to get tokens from Natlan. |
| Convenient movement around the world. The Nightsoul's Blessing allows her to move around on roller skates. In this state, not only does her movement and climbing speed increase, but she can also perform powerful jumps in her ocelot form, which speeds up her moving up various vertical surfaces. | Needs C2to become a full-fledged support in a mono-Geo squad. She cuts resistances while her samples are active, but the Geo sample is active either when the heroine is in the Blessing state, or when it was activated upon reaching 90 points of Nightsoul along with samples of two other elements. The character cannot gain points of Nightsoul in a mono-Geo squad, and only C2 allows you to keep Geo samples constantly active, regardless of the presence of Blessing. |
| Easy to build. All abilities, including damage and healing, depend on the defense value, which also increases with the heroine's level. Finding this stat in artifacts is much easier than balancing other characteristics. | |
| Strong counterpart for Kazuha with the Viridescent Venerer or Zhongli с Archaic Petra for squads with Pyro, Cryo, Hydro and Electro elements. The heroine can significantly strengthen the team if there is no one from the listed supports, or act as a support character in the second squad for the Abyss. | |
| Can wear a useful support set from Natlan, Scroll of the Hero of Cinder City , in any team, as she is capable of entering the state of the Nightsoul's Blessing. |
Best Xilonen Builds in Genshin Impact

Xilonen prefers support builds, as she is a support character who does not necessarily have to do much personal damage to benefit the group. However, during the Nightsoul Blessing state, the girl is forced to perform several basic attacks, the damage of which, like the damage from the elemental burst, depends on the heroine's defense value. Her ult heals the team, so it is advisable to press it on cooldown.
Recommended Stats
All abilities scale off defense, so this stat should be looked for in the clock and secondary stats. The goblet can be taken both for Geo and for defense. Get the standard 1:2 crit balance if you expect damage to be inflicted with regular attacks and elemental bursts. However, if you need more healing, you can choose a goblet with bonus healing. In addition, for the sub-stats it is recommended to get enough energy rechargeto be able to use the ult any time.
More precise stats are listed in the table below:
| Artifact | Main characteristic | Additional stats |
|---|---|---|
Flower of Life | HP (fixed) | Crit. Chance/Crit. Damage% Defense % / Defense Energy Recharge % |
Plume of Death | Attack Power (fixed) | Crit. Chance/Crit. Damage% Defense % / Defense Energy Recharge % |
Sands of Eon | Defense % | Crit. Chance/Crit. Damage% Defense % / Defense Energy Recharge % |
Goblet of Eonothem | Geo Damage Defense % | Crit. Chance/Crit. Damage% Defense % / Defense Energy Recharge % |
Circlet of Logos | Critical Chance/Critical Damage Defense% Healing Bonus % | Crit. Chance/Crit. Damage% Defense % / Defense Energy Recharge % |
Recommended values:
- DEF: 2500 and more (to get the maximum buff from the signature, you need to reach 3200).
- Energy recharge: approximately 180-210% for comfortable ult accumulating, if she is the only Geo in the squad. If you have an ally of the same element, you can reduce the threshold to 150-170%.
- CRIT Rate/DMG: 60+/120+%. If you need quality and regular healing, these damage stats can be sacrificed even in a driver build.
The defense stat should be a priority in any build.
Weapon Tier List
Weapons will help Xilonen to gain useful stats that cannot be obtained with artifacts. In most cases, this is defense or energy recovery. Swords for critical damage or critical chance can be chosen in case damage is expected.
| Name | Passive | Recommendation |
Peak Patrol Song⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Base ATK: 44-542 Defense: 18%-83% |
Hitting an enemy with a normal attack or a plunging attack gives the Ode to Flowers effect: Defense is increased by 8%-16%, and elemental damage is increased by 10%-20%. The effect can occur once every 0.1 sec, lasts for 6 sec, and stacks up to 2 times. When a second stack is received or refreshed, the allies' elemental damage bonus is increased by 8%-16% for every 1000 points of the wearer's defense for 15 sec. The maximum buff cannot exceed 25.6%-51.2%. | Xilonen's signature weapon. Provides a lot of defense and also increases the heroine's damage. In addition, it buffs the entire squad depending on the defense value. |
Favonius Sword⭐⭐⭐⭐ Base ATK: 41-454 Energy recharge: 13.3%-61.3% |
Critical hits with a 60%-100% chance once in 12-6 sec. create elemental particles that restore 6 energy. | An all-around sword for supports, allowing to restore energy not only to the wielder, but also for the whole team. For more comfortable functioning of the weapon it is required to gain at least 50% critical chance. |
Uraku Misugiri⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Base ATK: 44-542 CRIT DMG: 19.2%-88.2% |
Increases normal attack damage by 16%-32%, and elemental skill damage by 24 %. If the active character deals Geo damage, these effects are increased by 100% for 15 sec. The wearer's defense is increased by 20%-40%. | A good weapon option for the driver role after the signature. In this position, the girl often uses normal attacks, so their buff is useful for her. |
Flute of Ezpitzal⭐⭐⭐⭐ Base ATK: 41-454 Defense: 15%-69% |
After using an E-attack, the wielder's defense increases by 16%-32% for 15 sec. | One of the best epic swords, which significantly increases her defense stat. The sword's passive will work constantly, since the heroine plays off her elemental skill. In addition, the weapon is quite easy to get through crafting, if you have tokens. |
Cinnabar Spindle⭐⭐⭐⭐ Base ATK: 41-454 Defense: 15%-69% |
E damage is increased by 40%-80% of defense every 1.5 sec. The effect disappears 0.1 sec after dealing damage with an elemental skill. | The sword was obtainable in patch 2.3. A good weapon for defense, but the passive will only work on the very first hit before entering the Nightsoul's Blessing state. |
Freedom-Sworn⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Base ATK: 46-608 Elemental Mastery: 43-198 |
Increases damage by 10%-20%. When triggering a reaction, grants a Sigil of Rebellion every 0.5 sec. When 2 such Sigils accumulate, they disappear, and squad members gain the effect of Millennial Movement: Song of Resistance for 12 sec., increasing the damage of normal, charged and plunging attacks by 16%-32%, and attack power by 20%-40%. | Although the girl does not need elemental mastery, this sword is an acceptable option if you managed to gain enough defense from other sources. The weapon will increase the heroine's own damage and give useful buffs to her allies. |
Harbinger of Dawn⭐⭐⭐ Base ATK: 39-401 CRIT DMG: 10.2%.46.9% |
Increases crit. chance by 14%-28% at HP level above 90%. | Suitable for teams where the heroine comes out to the field to make two hits, but at the same time has a crit build. Low attack base will not affect the damage, and critical chance and critical damage as additional stats and passive ability will facilitate the balance of characteristics. |
Equipment that is effective for other characters has been dismantled in weapon tier list.
Optimal artifacts
Artifacts for Xilonen should support her buffering abilities or increase her defense. Her best sets are those from Natlan.
| Name | Description | Recommendation |
|---|---|---|
Scroll of the Hero of Cinder City⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | 2-Piece Bonus: When a squad member activates Night Spirit's Flash, the wearer of this set will recover 6 energy. 4-Piece Bonus: When the wielder of the artifacts causes a reaction, allies receive a 12% bonus to damage from elements that were involved in causing the reaction for 15 sec. If the wielder is under the Nightsoul Blessing state, allies additionally receive 28% damage from elements related to the reaction for 20 sec. | The best set of artifacts. The heroine is a character from Natlan, so she will be able to use all the possibilities of the set. In order for the squad members to receive an increase in elemental damage, it is necessary to first apply the status to the enemies so that the girl causes the desired reaction. |
Husk of Opulent Dreams⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | 2-Piece Bonus: Increases defense by 30%. 4-Piece Bonus: The wearer gains stacks of Curiosity in the following situations: 1 level when hit by Geo damage; 1 level every 3 seconds while in the pocket. Curiosity stacks up to 4 times and increases defense and Geo damage by 6% per stack. If the hero does not receive stacks every 6 seconds, he loses 1 level. | If you can't get the Natlan set, you can use the old Defense set as an alternative. The set also gives a bonus to Geo damage, which is useful when using normal attacks in the rotation. |
Noblesse Oblige⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | 2-Piece Bonus: Increases ult damage by 20%. 4-Piece Bonus: Using the ult increases allies' attack power by 20% for 12 sec. The effect does not stack. | An all-around set of artifacts for support characters that can be used by Xilonen if there are no other wearers of this set in the team. Increases damage from elemental bursts and additionally buffs allies. |
Archaic Petra⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | 2 parts: Increases Geo damage by 15%. 4 parts: An elemental shard formed by the Crystallize reaction picked up by a character grants 35% bonus to elemental damage of the corresponding element to all party members for 10 sec. You can only have one element's damage bonus at a time. | A good option for squads with Hydro, Pyro, Electro and Cryo allies, especially if there are at least two of the same element. Can be used for a driver or as a support, entering the field only for two hits. The main thing is to pick up the crystals. |
Husk of Opulent Dreams Maiden Beloved/Ocean-Hued Clam/Song of Days Past Emblem of Severed Fate | 2-Piece Bonus: Increases defense by 30%. 2-Piece Bonus: increases the healing bonus by 15%. 2-Piece Bonus: Increases energy recovery speed by 20%. | An alternative option aimed at selecting the most relevant characteristics. You can choose any variation from the specified 2+2 sets. |
Defender's Will Scholar | 2-Piece Bonus: Increases defense by 30%. 2-Piece Bonus: Increases energy recovery speed by 20%. | A 2+2 set similar to the previous one, but more accessible for beginners. |
Teams

Xilonen is a strong support hero in the squad, who single-handedly occupies both the buffer and healer slot. The heroine is able to reduce enemy resistance to various elements, deal damage with regular attacks and ult, and heal the active character. Xilonen can be built in different ways, depending on the team composition:
- A full-fledged support, who is in a squad with characters of Pyro, Hydro, Cryo and Electro elements, constantly gains maximum points of Nightsoul and activates samples, subsequently going back into the pocket.
- A driver who can constantly move around the battlefield and hit enemies with normal attacks, dealing damage and giving buffs to his sub-DDs.
It is worth paying special attention to the fact that she is capable of being a full-fledged support for Geo damage dealers in a mono-Geo squad only at her C2. Without the second constellation, the girl will not be able to keep Geo samples active after leaving the battlefield in order to reduce resistance to this element for the main damage dealer. Without C2, it is possible that, in addition to the Geo main-dd and Xilonen herself, there are two characters in the team of Pyro, Hydro, Cryo or Electro elements.
Recommended Characters
Teams for Xilonen can be different, the girl shows herself well both in hyper-carry groups and revolver squads. For her, only the elements of allies and their number are important, and due to her mechanics, she does not require adjustment of rotation for specific heroes, as often happens with Anemo supports. Therefore, you can take both main-dd and sub-dd for the girl, the main thing is to comply with the condition of activating samples.
Best allies
Shilonen pairs best with the following characters:
| Character | Element | Weapon | Features |
|---|---|---|---|
Mavuika | Pyro | Claymore | The best support for Pyro Archon. Great for helping Mavuika gain Fighting Spirit to quickly activate his ultimate. |
Mualani | Hydro | Catalyst | A Natlanian hydro damage dealer who thrives on normal attacks while in Night Spirit stance. She requires frequent Flash casts. Furthermore, the consistent resistance reduction from samples is more convenient for her than from Viridescent Venerer, in terms of rotation. |
Navia | Geo | Claymore | A heroine who pairs well with Shilonen, as she also prefers to play in multi-elemental teams, allowing her to activate all samples. She creates crystals and then absorbs them to increase her own elemental skill damage. |
Neuvillette | Hydro | Catalyst | A strong Hydro damage dealer that deals massive amounts of damage with charged attacks. Needs to trigger various reactions, and also benefits from a defense cut. |
Arlecchino | Pyro | Polearm | Pyro main DD, plays off the mechanics of Bond of Life. Colors her attacks in Pyro, but blocks some HP and does not receive healing during the fight. |
Clorinde | Electro | Sword | Electro is a main damage dealer who, like Harlequin, relies on the Life Debt mechanic, but, unlike Harlequin, welcomes healers in his team. In a team with Life Debt, the Blacksmith can cover both healing and buff needs, but he performs best in groups with Pyro and Hydro allies. |
Electro | Polearm | A damage dealer from Lunar Charge. Can be used if Ineffa is unavailable or Sucrose is busy. There's no point in using the Hero of the Burned City Scrolls set in a squad with him; it's better to prioritize To the instructor. |
Main DPS
Characters that deal most of the damage in the team and act as the center of the group if the heroine takes the position of a full-fledged buffer:
Secondary damage dealer
Secondary damage dealers that apply status for reactions and hit without being on the battlefield:
Examples of strong teams
Teams with the blacksmith girl can be divided into two types:
- Groups where the heroine plays a support-buffer role. In this case, she becomes active for a few seconds to use samples to reduce resistances, and then retreats back to the pocket, giving way to the main damage dealer. The heroine is a good fit for both long- and short-range primary damage dealers, as she only needs to use her E, ultimate, and two normal attacks, but she can also linger on the field if necessary.
- Teams where she uses basic attacks and is the driver for strong pocket sub-DDs. In such teams, her rotation takes longer (at least 9 seconds of basic attacks), so she pairs well with characters whose abilities are triggered by punches.
Squads with Pyro damage dealers
Examples of groups where the blacksmith acts as a support, with fire damage dealers:
| Character 1 | Character 2 | Character 3 | Character 4 | Features |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Mavuika | Furina | Xilonen | Citlali | Pyro Archon's teamwork with Par's reaction will help activate the ultimate, while Furina will provide a buff and Hydro status effect for charged attacks. Sitlali will provide additional defense and increase the overall damage of Mavuika and Furina. |
Mavuika | Iansan Bennett | Xilonen | Citlali Ororon | A variant of a squad with Mavuika and an additional ATK buffer. The last slot can be filled with a hero depending on the desired response—Sitlali for Meltdown or Ororon for Overload. |
Arlecchino Hu Tao | Yelan Xingqiu Furina | Xilonen | Albedo Zhongli | A squad with Geo Resonance under a Pyro damage dealer who triggers Vaporize with Xingqiu or Yelan. Albedo is added for extra damage and boosting EM, but it can be replaced with Zhongli for additional resistance reduction. Shilonen cuts resistances, but her heal against Hu Tao must be used carefully to avoid reducing damage. Harlequin doesn't absorb healing, but can protect herself from Crystallization with regular shields. |
Arlecchino | Columbina | Xilonen | Ineffa | A team using Moon Charge, Overload, and Steam, where the abundance of status effects prevents the elements from interfering with each other, and the team deals high total damage. Shilonen takes Sucrose's place if she's occupied by another team, and reduces resistances to three elements at once. |
Klee Lyney | Durin Xiangling | Xilonen | Nicole Bennett | A Mono-Pyro unit with Klee or Lini, dealing damage to enemies with reduced resistances. For Witchcraft, Durin and Nicole can be placed with Klee, but for Lini, they can be replaced with more affordable options. |
Squads with Electro and Hydro characters
Variations through different electrical reactions:
| Character 1 | Character 2 | Character 3 | Character 4 | Features |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Neuvillette | Furina | Xilonen | Kazuha | A team where the main DD is Neuvillette. Furina deals damage from the pocket, increases the damage of the ult, and also gives Hydro Resonance to increase HP. Xilonen is needed to reduce the resistance of enemies to Hydro. Kazuha is needed to strengthen Neuvillette and Swirl Hydro. |
Neuvillette | Ineffa Fischl | Xilonen | Sucrose Albedo Zhongli | Group with Charged or Lunar Charge with Neville. The last slot is used for support on MS when using Ineffa or Zhongli for support if playing with Fischl. |
Mualani | Durin Mavuika | Xilonen | Mona Furina | A Mualani squad uses Steam with Hydro Resonance for HP boosts. If you're using Durin as your Pyro Applicator instead of Mavuika, it's best to use Mona as your second Water hero for the Resonance and Omen buff. |
Columbina | Xilonen | Ineffa | While Xilonen isn't exactly a signature support in Lunar-Charged groups, she can be used in them when there are no other options, equipped in Instructor or Noblesse. She's especially useful in C2, where she restores energy to allies, as Kyryll has high requirements for this stat. | |
Clorinde Keqing | Yelan Xingqiu | Xilonen | Ineffa Furina | Tazer with Electro damage dealers. Ye Lan or Xingqiu provide a lot of Hydro, and they're assisted by Furina, who also provides buffs, though she can be replaced with Ineffa for Lunar Charge. Shilonen reduces resistances, and at C2 allows the damage dealer to ult with virtually no cooldown. |
Clorinde Varesa | Durin | Xilonen | Bennett Nicole | A team of Overload with one of the attack buffers of your choice. Durin alone is enough to apply Pyro during reactions, but if the damage is excessive, the buffer can be replaced with another sub-DD. |
Cryo Damage Squads
In these groups, the leading position is occupied by Cryo Main-DD:
| Character 1 | Character 2 | Character 3 | Character 4 | Features |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Wriothesley | Durin Xiangling | Xilonen | Nicole Bennett | Group with Melt reaction. If you're not taking Xiangling, then Durin is put into Dark Form to increase his own status damage from Risley. The last slot can be filled with any support that increases ATK. |
Sandrone Wriothesley | Odette | Xilonen | Yae Miko | If desired, Shilonen can be used in a Star Conductor group, as her resistance reduction increases overall damage. Such a group will perform worse than a Signature Support variant, but it can be used in certain situations. |
Lohen | Furina | Xilonen | Shenhe Ganyu | A group with Loen from Freeze to boost the Vice-Captain's damage. If his damage is sufficient, Shen He in the last slot can be replaced with Ganyu or any Cryo sub-DD. |
Lohen | Durin | Xilonen | Nicole | Loen's alternative unit is Melting. Due to his Witchcraft affiliation, Nicole's Projections will hit harder, and Durin's damage will also be increased. Shilonen will chip away at allies' resistances in addition to buffing them. |
Squads with Geo damage dealers
Before building a team with Geo main-DD, it's a good idea to get C2 for the Blacksmith to ensure that the Geo samples are always active. However, this isn't necessary unless you're building a mono-group.
| Character 1 | Character 2 | Character 3 | Character 4 | Features |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Zibai | Columbina | Linnea Furina | Xilonen | A Moon Crystal-based group is a great choice if you don't have Illuga on your account. Shilonen will close Geo Resonance and cut resistances to his element and Hydro, significantly increasing the damage of Columbine and Furina. However, Archon's Hydro can be replaced with Linnea for more damage, especially if Shilonen has C2. |
Navia | Xiangling Durin | Xilonen | Yelan Xingqiu Furina | Squad with Navia through Crystallize. Since the squad has Geo, Pyro and Hydro elements, Xilonen will give buffs to all allies. The gameplay of the squad consists of alternately pressing the abilities of all heroes to create crystals, after which Navia collects them and deals damage. |
Navia | Xiangling Durin | Xilonen | Bennett Nicole | Another option for a group with Navia. Shilonen doesn't need the buff from Bennett or Nicole, but he's useful for the Pyro sub-DD. Additionally, two Fire heroes provide Resonance, further increasing the attack power of the damage dealers. |
Itto Ningguang | Columbina | Xilonen | Linnea | A Moon Crystal team with a standard damage dealer. To boost and convert reaction time, Columbine and Linnea are needed, as they also deal damage from the pocket. Shilonen is recommended to have C2 here to cut Geo resistance and increase damage. |
Itto Ningguang | Fischl Furina Xiangling | Xilonen | Durin Citlali | A squad with Geo Resonance and two non-Geo elemental heroes to implement Shilonen samples. Itto or Ningguang deal the main damage, assisted by a sub-DD in the second slot. The last slot can be occupied by an additional sub-DD or shielder. |
Itto Ningguang | Gorou Yun Jin | Xilonen | Zhongli Albedo Chiori | Mono-Geo team that can work with a C2 Xilonen to keep samples active all the time. The support role can be taken by Gorou (increased defense and Geo damage) or Yun Jin (increased normal attacks and energy boost). Xilonen deals damage and reduces resistance to Geo. The last slot can be taken by Zhongli for shields and additional resistance reduction or one of the sub-DDs. |
Squads for a driver Xilonen
There are several teams where she plays the driver role and spends a lot of time on the field, not only buffing her allies, but also dealing damage herself.
| Character 1 | Character 2 | Character 3 | Character 4 | Features |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Xilonen | Xiangling Dehya | Yelan Xingqiu Furina | Fischl Raiden Beidou | A squad with three sub-DDs who attack along with the heroine from the pocket. All characters cause various reactions, and also constantly have reduced resistances to all three elements at once. Xilonen does not receive a buff for herself, but restores energy for allies. Instead of one of the sub-DDs, you can add some Anemo support. |
Xilonen | Yelan Xingqiu | Fischl Raiden Beidou | Zhongli | A rather expensive option for a squad with Hydro and Electro as pocket damage dealers for the reaction of Charged. All heroes attack with combined strikes on basic attacks, so Xilonen should use them for the full 9 seconds of her driver rotation. For a partial debuffer, you can put Zhongli, as he reduces the resistance of enemies. |
Xilonen | Yelan Xingqiu | Yun Jin Gorou | Xiangling Dehya | Another variant of the squad, but this one works off Vaporize, which is passively caused by Hydro and Pyro sub-dd. Yun Jin can be put in the role of a buffer for Xilonen to strengthen normal attacks or Gorou if she does not have enough defense. |
Xilonen | Xiangling | Kaeya | Lynette Noelle | F2P team, where the basis of the team's damage is Xiangling and Kaeya's ults, as well as the Melt reaction from them. Xilonen is on the battlefield almost all the time, constantly gaining Nightsoul points and activating samples. They reduce resistance not only to Cryo and Pyro, but also to Geo, so Noelle can also be put to the last slot. |
Extra Stats For Leveling
The heroine's main stat is defenseIn addition, leveling up also improves base health, attack power, and defense. A more detailed look at all the stats at a given character level can be found in the table. It's highly recommended to level it up to 90, but further advancement with Wandering Fortune is unnecessary, as defense only affects its healing, while debuffs are fixed.

Skills

The girl is a support, she debuffs enemies and heals her allies. She creates Source Samples (special effects, the number of which depends on the number of elements in the party), giving her the ability to play in teams with several elements, including Geo, Pyro, Hydro, Cryo and Electro, as well as reducing enemy resistance to them. Like other Natlan characters, Xilonen's abilities are tied to the mechanics of Nightsoul's Blessing, which can last up to 9 seconds and activate the received Samples to use the buff.
Basic (Active) Skills
We will tell you in detail about all aspects of the heroine's skills, their features and duration, as well as the priority for leveling.
- Source of damage: ATK stat for normal and charged attacks, defense stat for plunging attacks and Roller Blades.
Normal attack: Deals up to three hits with her one-handed sword.
Charged Attack: spends stamina and attacks in front of her.
Plunging Attack: Drops to the ground and performs an area slam upon landing. Attack damage scales with defense.
Nightsoul's Blessing: Roller Blades - When Xilonen activates the Nightsoul state, she enters Roller Blade mode. Normal attack is replaced with a Roller Blade attack, which can perform up to 4 hits. Charged attacks cannot be performed during this mode. During Roller Blade, normal attacks and plunging attacks scale off defense and deal Geo damage with strong infusion.
- Cooldown: 7 seconds
- Source Sample Duration: 15 seconds
- Maximum Nightsoul Points: 90
- Source of damage: defense.
Enters Nightsoul's Blessing state. She lunges forward, dealing Geo damage proportional to her defense, and enters Roller Blades mode, gaining 45 Nightsoul points.
During the Roller Blade mode:
- Movement and climbing speed is increased. While climbing, she can perform powerful jumps in Ocelot form.
- When the heroine is in the Nightsoul Blessing state, the points last for no more than 9 seconds. After this time, her Nightsoul points are spent.
- Normal attacks are replaced with Roller Blades attacks scaling off defense.
- Xilonen receives the Source Samples, which are displayed near the Nightsoul indicator bar to the left of the heroine.
Source Samples: Xilonen has 3 samplers that depend on the allies' elements. Initially, the samplers have a Geo element, but for each squad member with a Pyro, Hydro, Cryo, Electro element, one Geo sample is converted into a sample of the corresponding element.
While the heroine is in the Nightsoul state, her Geo Source Sample is always active. With the Netotiliztli's Echoes talent unlocked, the girl restores Nightsoul points with basic attacks. When she gains 90 Nightsoul points, Xilonen spends all the points and activates all 3 samples for 15 seconds. While they are active, enemies' resistances to the corresponding elements are reduced. The effects of samples of the same element do not stack, and also occur even when Xilonen is not on the battlefield.
- Cooldown: 15 seconds
- Enegry consumption: 60
- Duration of the Ebullient rhythm: 12 seconds
- Source of damage: defense.
Deals Geo damage in an area proportional to her defense. Depending on the available Source Samples, receives the following effects:
- If there are 2 samples that have undergone elemental conversion, the heroine creates a Ebullient rhythm and periodically heals the active character depending on her defense value. Accordingly, if healing is required from her, the team should have a maximum of one Geo character, besides herself, and two heroes of the Pyro, Hydro, Electro or Cryo element.
- If there are less than 2 samples of other elements, she plays Ardent rhythm and attacks with Geo AoE damage.
Passive Skills
The heroine has several secondary talents that focus on fast movement, increasing her stats or buffing her allies.
Tour of Tepeilhuitl
Activating Nightsoul Transmission restores 15 Phlogiston.
Night Realm's Gift: Blessing of Forge-Fire
After her Nightsoul points are depleted, Xilonen can remain in the Blessed state and spend Phlogiston.
When Xilonen is in Natlan or an area with phlogiston mechanics, she can use Nightsoul Transmission when another character switches to her while sprinting, climbing, or airborne.
Nightsoul Transmission Effect:
- Xilonen will enter the Nightsoul state and gain 20 points. Their time limit is 4 seconds.
- If you use an elemental skill within 4 seconds, the time limit will be increased by 9 seconds. The effect can be activated once every 10 seconds.
- During Nightsoul's Blessing, Xilonen's climbing does not consume stamina.
Netotiliztli's Echoes
Xilonen's entry into the Nightsoul's Blessing state gives the following effects:
- If Xilonen has 2 or more Source Samples that changed their element, landing a normal or plunging attack will restore 35 Nightsoul points to her every 0.1 sec.
- If Xilonen has less than two Source Samples of another element, the damage of normal attacks and plunging attacks is increased by 30%.
Portable Armored Sheath
When the Blessing is active and Nightsoul points reach the maximum (90), Xilonen will activate an effect similar to her Nightsoul Burst once every 14 seconds.
When an ally activates Burst, Xilonen gains 20% Defense for 15 sec.
Talent Leveling Order
Elemental Skill (E) = Elemental Burst (Q) > Normal Attacks (Driver Position Only)
The main benefit of the character is concentrated in her E-attack and ult, so first of all you should pay attention to these abilities:
- Elemental Skill — not only deals damage, but also reduces enemy resistance. Since reducing enemy resistance depends on the ability level, E-attack must be levelled up to 10 to get 36% debuff.
- Elemental Burst - depending on the type of team, it gives both a large amount of healing and a lot of additional damage. It should be levelled side by side with the E-attack.
- Normal attack — Xilonen is only interested in the attacks in the Nightsoul's Blessing stance, which depend on the heroine's defense. There's no need to level them up for the buffer position.
Constellations
Best constellations of Xilonen are С2, С3 и С6.
- The second constellation Provides additional buffs to the group from samples, in addition to the standard resistance reduction. Note that each buff only goes to the hero whose element matches that sample. The buff will be most useful in Geo squads and for Cryo damage dealers, as it provides a direct damage increase and a useful rare crit. damage. Pyro and Hydro buffs are also strong, but when using other third-party buffs (Bennett, Pyro or Hydro Resonance), the buff is not as indispensable as in the case of the previous elements. Electro characters do not receive a direct damage increase, although they have a significantly reduced ult cooldown and added energy. This makes it possible, for example, to constantly keep the Fischl's raven active or ult with Beidou, Keqing and Cyno more often.
- The third one Increases the level of elemental skill by 3, up to a maximum of 13. This significantly increases the reduction of elemental resistance of enemies (by 45%), which is higher than with the Viridescent Venerer Set, and also applies to all characters in the party at once.
- The sixth constellation allows you to be in the Nightsoul's Blessing state more often and temporarily not spend Nightsoul points. In addition, her personal damage increases and she can heal allies not only with her ult.
How to play Xilonen

Despite the cumbersome description of her abilities, the heroine's gameplay is quite simple. When switching, you need to put her into the Nightsoul state and accumulate maximum points (90) using basic attacks. To do this, it is enough to make two basic hits. This will activate the Source Samples and reduce the resistance of enemies to the elements. The ult can be used both on the cooldown for damage, and as needed, depending on whether healing is needed.
Rotation
Skill Order: Support abilities for applying elemental status and distributing buffs > Elemental Skill (E) > 2 normal attacks (or attacking for 9 seconds if playing as a driver) > Q (if healing or damage is needed).
Let's take a closer look at the full Xilonen rotation:
- Start the fight with supports and sub-dds. Since the heroine most often uses the Scroll of the Hero of Cinder Cityset, before she enters the battlefield, you need to apply to the enemies the element that the main damage dealer has in order to receive buffs.
- Switch to the girl and activate her elemental skill, which will put her into the Nightsoul's Blessing state and give her 45 points.
- The girl starts moving on roller blades and attacking with them. Each attack gives additional 35 Nightsoul points. Perform two attacks to gain 90 points and activate Source Samples. They will automatically accept the elements of allies if they have Pyro, Hydro, Cryo or Electro elements, and also reduce the resistance of enemies to them.
- Use the ult as it cools down. If she has more than two modified samples, she will start healing the active character. If less, the girl will deal additional damage.
Is the Character Worth Pulling For?

Shilonen is a very capable support character in Genshin Impact, capable of playing both as a support and as a driver with strong secondary damage dealers. Her abilities allow her to reduce enemy resistance to the elements of her allies, and she can also heal the active hero. Furthermore, with constellations, she can grant additional buffs based on the elements of her teammates.
However, the abilities are very similar in their effects to Kazuha's skills using the Viridescent Venerer Set or Zhongli using the Archaic Petra Artifacts. Her abilities at C0 do not bring anything new, so if you have the mentioned heroes, you can skip Xilonen without any strong loss for your account. Despite the fact that the girl is a fairly strong support without constellations, she's played best at C2, which gives additional buffs and the ability to play in mono-Geo teams not in the driver position.
Which is better: Signature or C2?
The girl's second constellation is one of the strongest support constellations in the game and definitely brings more benefit to the team than the signature weapon. However, there are a couple of important points to consider before spending wishes on the banner:
- If your budget is such that there is no guarantee of at least C1 and there is a chance to stay at C0 until the next rerun getting bad luck, first take the Xilonen's signature, as it is way better than her C1. In the case where you can take her second const only much later, start with her weapon.
- If you have enough wishes for a guaranteed C2 and you are not sure that you have enough for the weapon, first pull for the second const and only then go to the armory. It is better to stay at C2, but without a signature, than at C1 and with a signature.
- The highest priority of C2 goes to Geo and Cryo teams, the lowest – to Electro. If you play exclusively with Electro, you can take only the sword and not spend wishes on consts.
- C1 is mostly only useful for teams where it's important to provide good interrupt resistance. If you're playing a squad where the enemy's attack reset is not critical, the first constellation won't bring much benefit and will only serve as a stepping stone to getting the second constellation.
History (biography)

Xilonen is a master blacksmith who belongs to the Children of Echoes tribe. Her fame in the Pyro region is so high that some visitors come to her forge not only to order items, but also just to look at the girl and talk to her. However, not everyone is destined to meet her, as she often leaves the forge and goes to rest in secluded places.
Her skill allows her to do anything, but information from clients about their wishes is much more important to her than the forging process itself. The girl believes that the result depends entirely on the details received regarding the order. For this reason, before starting her work, she communicates with each client and fills out an individual table so as not to miss a single detail.
Her story is described in the quest Melodious Chant.

Which sword is better for the DD Awl in Lunar Crystallization: the Signa Tiori or the Signa Zi Bai?
Zibai
Maybe I'll try to get either Shilonen or Sitlali, they're my favorites:33
Could you please tell me if she can be placed in a squad with Nefer? Nefer, Aino, Yagoda/Xingqiu?
No, it's better to use a hydro applicator, like the Xin Qiu. Shilonen isn't suitable for units with nefer.
I equipped Shilonen with an Obsidian Tome. The Shilonen-Sitlali-Goro-Yun Jin team has good damage and survivability. It plays completely differently, and there are already enough characters in the scrolls; you can't equip everyone with the same one.
The character is literally a signature support for Mavuika, but the squad with her and Mavuika is in the middle of this guide, but the first one should be the poor Itto, who is not playable at all
