Fu Xuan in HSR is the head of the Luofu Xianzhou's Divination Commission, and is also a unique Preservation character who does not create shields, but redirects some of the damage from allies to herself due to the Matrix of Prescience. Activating the skill, in addition to the mentioned effect, also provides passive fire support to the team, increasing combat characteristics, energy regeneration and resistance to control effects. In addition to protective functions, the fortuneteller also has healing abilities: an ultimate, with a certain trace, restores the health of all heroes on the battlefield after activation.
Due to the peculiarities of the skill set, the girl perfectly synergizes with classic damage dealers and support DDs who need bonuses to the damage dealt and increased survivability. Heroes who play from spending their own HP and receiving blows from opponents can significantly lose power due to the defensive skills of the fortune teller.

Hero's story

She trained under the Yuque Divination Commission, but could not accept the fatalistic views of her master, who predicted that he would die at her hands. She ran away and devoted herself to working for Luofu, where there was a more liberal atmosphere. The fortune teller decided to stay away from Yuque and personally prove that her master's prophecy was nothing but a ridiculous delusion.
How to Get the Character
There are currently several ways to obtain Fu Xuan.
Select Character Event Warps

Starting with the update 3.2 and up to this day, event banners have a special mechanic that allows you to change the list of desired heroes for a 50/50 loss. When you customize it yourself, you can choose the fortune teller as such a character and get her with some chance instead of the desired limited hero.
Event Warp: Foreseen, Foreknown, Foretold
The heroine can be obtained from her personal banner with an increased chance, however, due to the aforementioned special rules of the character selector, a separate rerun of this "Event Warp" is unlikely.
To stay up to date with the changes to the 50/50 loss system and possible reruns of Fu Xuan, keep an eye on our banner schedule.

How Fu Xuan's Skills Work

As a representative of the Path of Preservation, the heroine primarily specializes in supporting and protecting the team. However, the main feature of the head of the Divination Commission is that it combines the functionality of several roles at once:tank, healer and a buffer. Despite her path, she does not create shields, but she can "shift" some of the damage received by other characters in the team onto herself, restore her health and that of the team, increase HP and critical hit chance, and attack in an area.
Active skills
The technique Of Fortune Comes Fate | Defense
After using the technique, imposes a Barrier on all allies for 20 seconds. Opponents cannot start a fight by attacking this Barrier. After the start of the battle while the Barrier is active, Fu Xuan automatically activates the Matrix of Prescience for 2 turns.
Explanation: Creates a shield that prevents enemies from ambush attacks. At the beginning of the battle, the Matrix of Prescience immediately appears.
Basic attack Novaburst | Single attack
Energy recovery: 20
Deals quantum damage equal to 25-65% of maximum HP to the selected enemy.
Skill Known by Stars, Shown by Hearts | Defense
Energy recovery: 30
Activates a Matrix of Prescience, transferring 65% of all damage taken by allies (before being reduced by shields) to Fu Xuan for 3 turns. All team members affected by the Matrix of Prescience gain the Knowledge status.
The maximum HP of an ally with the Knowledge status increases by 3-7,5% of the max. Fu Xuan's HP, and their crit. chance by 6-15%. If the Diviner becomes unable to fight, the effect of the Matrix of Prescience is removed.
Explanation: Creates a field in which all damage received by the team is transferred to the fortune teller. In addition, the max HP and crit chance of the team characters are increased.
Ultimate Woes of Many Morphed to One | Area Attack
Energy costs: 135
Energy recovery: 5
Deals quantum damage equal to 60-120% of maximum HP to all enemies, and also increases the number of times the HP recovery effect from the talent is triggered.
If the Dunjia, the Metamystic trace is learnt, using the ult also heals the entire team.
Passive Skills
Talent Bleak Breeds Bliss | Recovery
While Fu Xuan is able to fight, all allies are inflicted with the Misfortune Avoidance status. The damage taken by characters with the Misfortune Avoidance status is reduced by 10-22%.
When Fu Xuan's current health drops to 50% or below, her HP is restored to 80-95% of the lost HP. Healing does not trigger when receiving a finishing blow. The effect can only be activated once by default. After using the ultimate, it can trigger 2 times.
Explanation: While the heroine is able to fight, the entire team takes less incoming damage. When her HP drops to half, she automatically recovers her health based on the lost HP. The effect can have up to 2 triggers.
Leveling Order
Talent ≥ Skill ≥ Ultimate > Basic attack
Talent and skill are the main abilities. Increasing the talent level will affect the amount of HP that the fortune teller restores to herself, and how much less damage the heroes in the team receive. The skill determines the HP growth and the team's critical hit chance.
Leveling the superpower will affect the damage that the heroine deals to the area. In turn, basic attack can be left at levels 1-4, since it is used only to restore skill points. If you want the girl to deal more damage, the ult should be leveled in parallel with the talent and skill.
Traces
All traces of the fortune teller:

| Crit chance +4% (A5) | |||
| Liuren, the Sexagenary: While the Matrix of Prescience (skill) is active, allies will avoid any crowd control effects for the current turn. The effect can only work 1 time. The next activation of the Matrix of Prescience resets the number of activations. (A6) | Effect Resistance +6% (A6) | HP +8% (lvl 75) | Crit. chance +5,3% (level 80) |

Eidolons

All the cons of the talented fortune teller:
| number | Name | Effects |
| 1 | Dominus Pacis | The Knowledge status, which all allies receive while the Matrix of Prescience is active, additionally increases their crit. damage by 30%. |
| 2 | Optimus Felix | If an ally receives finishing damage while the Matrix of Prescience is active, in the current action, all party members receiving finishing damage do not die, but are restored to 70% of their HP. The effect can only work 1 time per battle. |
| 3 | Apex Nexus | Skill level +2. Talent level +2. The maximum level is 15. |
| 4 | Fortuna Stellaris | When an enemy attacks an ally with the Matrix of Prescience status, Fu Xuan recovers 5 energy. |
| 5 | Arbiter Primus | Superpower level +2. The maximum level is 15. The level of basic attack +1. The maximum level is 10. |
| 6 | Omnia Vita | Activating the Matrix of Prescience accumulates the total amount of HP lost by all team members during combat. Fu Xuan's super damage is increased by 200% of the total HP lost by allies in the current battle. Health lost cannot exceed 120% of max. Fu Xuan's HP. After using the ult, this value is reset and calculated again. |
Fu Xuan's Best Eidolons are E1,E2 and E6:
- E1 In addition to HP and crit rate increase from the skill, provides the team with crit dmg. Thanks to this, the seer's enhancing functions become more competitive. For example, she can replace the Path of Harmony support, opening a slot for another main DD, or simply apply additional buffs.
- E2 increases the survivability of the team. Now, while the Matrix of Prescience is active, if a team character receives fatal damage, they do not die, like other team members. This can save from a powerful AoE attack of a boss or elite monster while clearing the simulated universe, Forgotten Hall.
- E6 significantly increases the damage of the ultimate. Due to this, she becomes not only a tank, buffer and healer, but also a good DPS. Although this is not her main focus, there are more opportunities to reveal her potential as a damage dealer.
If you are a F2P player (or aren't ready to invest too much), but plan to get Eidolons, we recommend stopping at E2.
How to Play Fu Xuan in HSR

During the battle it is necessary to maintain the Matrix of Prescience (skill) - this is important for the stable transfer of damage received by allies. The matrix exists for 3 turns, so you will need to monitor it and use the skill after the effect ends. No less important is the ult. It is the ultimate that allows you to increase the amount of HP restored by the talent and heal all characters, provided that the "Dunjia, the Metamystic" trace is open.
The rotation of Fu Xuan is as follows:
- Before the battle, use techniques on other supports that apply buffs or shields, and then use the technique Of Fortune Comes Fate. This will allow you to avoid an enemy ambush and activate the Matrix of Prescience for 2 turns at the beginning of the battle.
- If the Matrix of Prescience ceases to operate by the time of the soothsayer's turn, use the skill Known by Stars, Shown by Hearts. After that, the field will exist in the arena for 3 turns.
- While the Matrix is active, perform basic attacks as the heroine to restore skill points for the team.
- When the ultimate Woes of Many Morphed to Oneis fully charged, do not rush to activate it immediately. Pay attention to the number of diamonds under the character icon: if 2 diamonds are colored, hold the ultimate for several turns, if at least one is empty, use the ability.
- Exceptions for instant use of the ult will be situations when you need to perform an attack or there is no other healer, but you need to urgently heal the team. The latter is only relevant if you have unlocked the trace Dunjia, the Metamystic».
The main thing to pay attention to:
- The Matrix of Prescience must be present on the battlefield at all times.
- The number of talent triggers should always be at least 1 (preferably 2). This is necessary so that the diviner can automatically restore her HP if it drops to 50% or below.

Strengths and Weaknesses

Let us examine in detail the strengths and weaknesses of the head of the Divination Commission.
| Strengths | Weaknesses |
| Can single-handedly keep a team alive thanks to damage redirection and healing functions. The "Dunjia, the Metamystic" trace heals the team after activating the ultimate. | Full implementation depends on leveling. The bulk of the defensive and support abilities are hidden behind the "Dunjia, the Metamystic" and "Liuren, the Sexagenary" traces, which are only unlocked at 50 and 70 Ascension levels. |
| Has not only defensive, but also enhancing abilities (buffs). When the Matrix of Prescience is active, increases HP, critical hit rate and crit dmg on E1 of all team members. | At the initial stages, when HP is not so high and the level is low, problems with absorbing damage and healing may arise. It is highly likely that the fortune teller will need additional support in the form of Path of Abundance. |
| When leveling up the last trace, Liuren, the Sexagenary allows you to avoid any control effects during the duration of the Matrix of Prescience. This is especially in demand when completing complex combat content. | Not exactly “economical” in terms of spending skill points. It is important to maintain the Matrix of Prescience on the battlefield on an ongoing basis. Although the effect lasts for 3 turns, you need to monitor its presence and carefully distribute points. |
| Suitable for F2P players. Easy to use and build: the most useful eidolons are at the beginning (although they are optional), can be worn free or 4 stars. cone and at the same time perfectly perform their functions. | The high cost of the ult (135 energy). At the same time, it is advisable to keep the ultimate ready so that you can add the talent trigger for self-healing and heal the entire team. |
| Regarding the build, it is also worth noting that all skills (including defensive, healing and attacking) depend on HP. Therefore, it is enough to invest in this stat to realize the character’s potential. | |
| The super ability deals quantum damage to the area. The damage percentages are not that high, but since the seer needs to level up HP anyway, the damage of the ult will also increase. |
Best Fu Xuan Builds in Honkai: Star Rail

The Head of the Divination Commission belongs to the Path of Preservation, so she primarily specializes in protecting and supporting the team, but with her inherent features: from "redirecting" damage to healing, buffs and dealing additional damage. When creating a build for Fu Xuan in HSR, it is recommended to give preference to the following stats:
- HP (health) – all abilities, including supporting and attacking ones, depend on HP. This is the main characteristic that is important to emphasize.
- Energy recharge – necessary for faster energy gain and stable use of the “expensive” superpower.
- Speed – will allow you not only to restore energy faster, but also to use the skill more often. As a result, the uptime of the Matrix of Prescience is virtually guaranteed.
- DEF – an additional source of “strengthening” the character.
Additionally you can consider: crit dmg/crit rate and break effect, since the ult does good damage. She already provides herself with 30,7% of crit rate thanks to the skill and traces, so crit dmg becomes preferable.
Although destroying enemies is not a Diviner's priority, having crits and break effect won't hurt in any way - provided that enough HP, speed and energy recovery are gained.
Recommended Stats
The main stats that are recommended to look for in relics:
| Relic | Main characteristic |
| Head | HP (fixed) |
| Hands | Attack Power (fixed) |
| Body | HP (priority), crit. damage/crit. chance (situational) |
| Boots | Speed (if speed < 120.), HP (if speed > 134.) |
| Planar Sphere | HP/Defense (priority), quantum damage (situational) |
| Link Rope | Energy recovery (priority), HP (situational) |
Among the secondary characteristics we highlight the following:
- HP (health);
- defense;
- speed;
- effect RES;
- break effect;
- crit dmg/crit rate.
Optimal stat values that are desirable to have on a character:
- HP (health): 6-000 units.
- DEF: 1000-1600.
- Speed: 120-134.
- Energy recharge: 120 and more.
- crit rate/crit dmg: ratio 1:2 (for example, 50% crit rate for 100% crit dmg). If the character is only required to redirect damage, heal and buffs, that is, the amount of damage dealt does not matter, gaining crits is Optional.
Light Cone Rating
When choosing a weapon, use one that belongs to the Path of Preservation and has the following characteristics:
- HP (health);
- speed;
- energy recovery.
The table shows the most suitable weapon "cards":
| Name | Description | Recommendation |
|---|---|---|
![]() ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ HP: 57-1270 ATK 19-423 DEF 24-529 | Max. HP increases by 24-40%, and energy recovery rate by 12-20%. When the wearer's HP decreases, the damage dealt by all allies is increased by 9-15% for 2 turns. At the beginning of each wave, restores HP equal to all allies 80-100% from the lost HP of the corresponding character. | She Already Shut Her Eyes is Fu Xuan's signature weapon, which provides the soothsayer with everything she needs: increasing HP and restoring energy, which solves the problem with an expensive superpower. At the same time, the cone also increases the damage done by allies and periodically heals. |
![]() ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ HP: 48-1058 ATK 21-476 DEF 27-595 | Defence increases by 24-40%, and its chance to hit effects is by 24-40%. The chance of being attacked by the enemy is also increased. When an opponent attacks the wearer, the wearer's defense is increased by an additional. 24-40% until the end of his turn. | Despite the lack of defense scaling in her abilities, Cone is a good choice due to her high base HP and the increased chance that she will be attacked by enemies. If you want the heroine to absorb more damage, you can use this weapon. In addition, increasing your defense will somehow make it stronger. |
![]() ⭐⭐⭐⭐ HP: 43-952 ATK 19-423 DEF 18-396 | The chance of being attacked by the enemy increases. The damage taken by the owner is reduced by 16-24%. | The weapon increases the chance that the Oracle will take the bulk of enemy attacks. At the same time, she will take less damage due to the second part of the passive effect. The overall damage reduction is not as high as, for example, the Texture of Memories, but quite acceptable, especially at S5. |
![]() ⭐⭐⭐⭐ HP: 43-952 ATK 16-370 DEF 21-463 | Increases defense by 16-24%. At the start of combat, increases the damage resistance of all allies by 8-12%. Cannot stack with effects of this type. | As with the Moment of Victory, the weapon is aimed at increasing defense, which, on the one hand, is not required, and on the other, does not hinder her in any way. In addition, the cone offers increased damage resistance, which will further thicken all allies, including the prophetess herself. |
![]() ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ HP: 48-1058 ATK 19-423 DEF 24-529 | Increases resistance to effects for 8-16%. If the owner is attacked and does not have a shield, he gains a shield equal to 16-32% from his max. HP, for 2 turns. This effect can only be activated once every 3 turns. If the wearer has a shield when attacking, their damage taken is reduced by 12-24%. | Free light cone that is sold and awakened up to S5 in Herta's shop. The best option by increasing resistance to effects and applying a shield, which will allow the soothsayer to tank even more effectively. It also combines well with Broken keel. |
![]() ⭐⭐⭐⭐ HP 33-740 ATK 21-476 DEF 21-463 | At the start of combat, damage taken by allies is reduced by 8-16% for 5 moves. At the same time, the HP of all team members is restored by 30-50% from the difference between their maximum and current HP. | Another free light cone that reduces damage taken and restores HP. Its only and main drawback is that the boost is only given for 5 turns after the start of the battle. In other words, the weapon is not designed for a long battle, so it plays poorly, for example, against bosses. |
![]() ⭐⭐⭐ HP: 43-952 ATK 12-264 DEF 12-264 | When the owner uses an ultimate, they recover 18-30% HP. | A good option at the start of the game, as it allows the fortune teller to heal every time after using the ultimate without any restrictions. Thanks to this, she will be more likely to maintain the survivability of the team without resorting to the help of healers. |
What relics and ornaments are needed
Relics must provide increased survival, since the Oracle's primary role in the team is as a tank. The priority stats and bonuses in Cavern Relics and Planar Decorations are as follows:
- HP;
- reduction of damage received;
- resistance to effects.
You can use sets with elemental damage or crits, but then it is especially important to ensure that in the main or additional stats had enough HP. Otherwise, the seer will not be able to fulfill her main task - to protect the team.
Cavern relics
| Name | Effects | Recommendation |
|---|---|---|
![]() ![]() ![]() | 2 parts: Increases max. HP by 12%. 2 parts: Reduces damage taken by 8%. 2 parts: Increases speed by 6%. | The most optimal combinations of relics on a character:
|
![]() ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
| 2 parts: Increases max. HP by 12%. 4 parts: When the wearer receives an attack or when an ally consumes their HP, crit. Owner's chance is increased by 8% for 2 turns. This effect can stack up to 2 times. | Set for support/damage — provides an increase to health and critical hit chance. Although crits are not a priority, using a full set can provide 46,7% crit rate without taking into account the main or additional stats (only traces and skill), which will allow you to increase the crit dmg and, therefore, the damage from the ult without much loss in HP. |
![]() ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | 2 parts: Increases quantum damage by 10%. 4 parts: When the owner deals damage to the selected enemy, ignores 10% defense. If the target enemy has a Quantum Weakness, the wearer ignores an additional 10% Defense. | Situational, but acceptable option if you want the ultimate to deal more damage. However, when equipping it, it is worth considering that low HP and other "defensive" stats can negatively affect the main functions of the character. Definitely is never used in the monoquantum team, since in this case there are more relevant candidates: Seele or Silver Wolf. |
Planar ornaments
| Name | Effects | Recommendation |
|---|---|---|
![]() ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | 2 parts: Increases HP by 12%. If the owner's speed is at least 120, the attack power of all allies is increased by 8%. | The best planar ornaments. Increases the heroine's HP and the entire team's attack power by 8% if the seer's own speed is at least 120. Considering that 120 is the minimum recommended value, the condition will most often be met. With this set, she will be able to reveal herself even better not only as a tank, but also as a buffer. |
⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
| 2 parts: Increases status resistance by 10%. If the wearer's status resistance is greater than or equal to 30%, the crit. All allies' damage is increased by 10%. | An alternative ornament set aimed at increasing resistance to negative effects (control, periodic damage, etc.). In addition, when Effect Res reaches 30%, increases crit allied damage. When equipped with the set and leveled up traces, has 20% resistance, 10% can be gained in sub-stats. |
![]() ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | 2 Piece: Increases energy recovery rate by 5%. When the speed reaches 120 units and above, the action advances +40% immediately after entering combat. | The set can be used if previous ornaments are missing or if there is a problem with gaining energy for the stable use of superpower. If the characteristics include HP and resistance to effects in large quantities, it is not inferior to the sets discussed above. |
⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | 2 parts: Increases energy recovery speed by 5%. If the owner is not in first place in the team, the attack power of the character in first place increases by 12%. | An alternative energy recovery set. Suitable for strengthening the main damage dealer if his abilities depend on attack power. To effectively implement the buff, you need to put the main DD in the first place in the team, and the seer - in any remaining free slot, but preferably in the third or fourth. |
![]() ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | 2 parts: Increases energy recovery rate by 5%. Increases damage dealt by allies of the same type as the owner by 10%. | The set can be considered for equipment in teams where the fortune teller is not the only quantum character. For example, in a team with the main DD Seele, Qingque or even to increase the damage of Silver Wolf. The rest of the passive effect is similar to the previous set: a small energy recovery will help to use the ultimate more often. |
Fu Xuan Team Guide in HSR
The Head of the Divination Commission is a great support for most teams that require a support that can ensure high survivability of the team in any situation. In addition, she can free up slots with Path of Abundance/Harmony characters or supplement them, as she has healing and buffing skills in her arsenal.
Which characters are suitable?
The following heroes are suitable for creating a team:
| Character | Path | Damage type | Features |
|---|---|---|---|
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | The main DD, aimed at destroying bosses, elites or groups of small enemies. Has low base HP and defense, which is why she needs a support. Will be glad to have an increase to crit rate. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | The Arbiter General excels at dealing with large enemies, relying on the bonus attack that comes with her talent, skill, and ultimate. She synergizes best with heroes that can deal additional damage, allowing her to charge up "Flying Aureus" for the Ultimate. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | DPS hero specializing in bonus attacks. Receives huge advantages in combination with heroes who also know how to carry out bonus attacks. In addition, he can exist as an independent damage dealer, occupying a leading position in a team. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Ratio, as a representative of the Way of the Hunt, is in dire need of support from the outside (be it shields, healing or damage absorption). The head of the Divination Commission is an excellent support, who will both protect and give an increase to such an important attacking stat as crit rate. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | A powerful damage dealer who deals massive damage to one enemy during a Duel. While in this state, he not only gains buffs, but also takes more incoming damage. For this reason, it is important to have a Path of Preservation or Abundance support in your team. The Prophet, in turn, can provide good survivability. |
![]() | ![]() | A strong damage dealer who specializes in dealing physical damage to a single target. Has a stance that additionally attacks the selected enemy. Like other DDs, she needs defense and healing. | |
![]() | ![]() | A secondary damage dealer who, with the help of the skill, imposes the positive effect "Shifu" on the selected ally. Does damage well, can well occupy the role of the main combat unit in the team. In addition, additionally boosts itself, advancing the action and increasing the outgoing damage. With the acquisition of Eidolons, receives mechanics tied to bonus attacks. | |
![]() | ![]() | Free DPS character. Effectively penetrates the wind vulnerability of enemies. Reduces their speed if he makes a critical hit with a skill, which is why the buff on crit rate becomes especially relevant. | |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Being the main DPS unit in the team, she will be grateful for quality support from the outside, since in the battle she is responsible not only for herself, but also for the summoned memosprite, the Seamstress. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Excellent support even for those characters that do not have the summon mechanic: increases the crit dmg of allies, advances the action, and also deals additional damage of the true type. Despite the fact that the unit herself can heal, as part of the passage of high-level content, it may need defense from the outside. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Main DD with AoE damage. Summons the Lightning Lord, who is unable to act if Jing Yuan is stunned. The Fortune Teller will provide 100% defense from control with the help of the 3rd trace. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | The Scientist deals high area damage with her enhanced skill and super ability, but is also effective against single targets. In addition to Erudition characters, due to the mechanics, she will benefit from supports and units that can attack frequently, as this allows her to get more energy and collect special stacks of "Interpretations". |
![]() | ![]() | The Ninja from the Galactic Rangers faction plays from break and specializes in depleting enemy toughness, while consistently dealing massive damage to all enemies on the battlefield with the help of the enhanced basic attack received from the ultimate. | |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | A secondary DPS character who prefers to fight against groups of enemies: the number of enemies on the battlefield directly affects the rate at which charge levels accumulate, which allow bonus attacks to be performed. The skill assigns an allied character as a "Debt Collector", which additionally increases their speed by 30. When the "Debt Collector" performs an attack, it deals quantum damage to each enemy hit. In doing so, the "Debt Collector" spends 2% of their max HP. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Physical DPS with high instant area damage. Thanks to the talent, he is best used against crowds of enemies due to energy regeneration and increased critical chance. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | A fire damage dealer who focuses on dealing area damage through abilities and bonus attacks outside of combat. She is quite vulnerable to enemy attacks, so she needs defense. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | A great hero early on in the game, but requires more careful gearing and support from allies as she progresses. She specializes in performing icy area-of-effect attacks and using her bonus attack. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Lightning AoE damage dealer that can be an alternative to Jing Yuan. She is also good at clearing out groups of enemies while applying the DoT status Shock to them. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | A free character proficient in the Quantum element type. Its gameplay involves drawing jade bones to enhance a basic attack before exploding. In addition, she attacks in an area with her ultimate. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | DPS character, dealing imaginary damage to the area and solo-target. Being a main DD, he needs support in the form of healing or defense. At the same time, the prophetess will increase his crit rate with a skill, allowing him to focus on crit dmg. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Fu Xuan is a unique representative of her path, since she does not apply shields, but plays from absorbing incoming damage to allies. Accordingly, it will be good to cooperate with Mydei, whose mechanics revolve around health costs. The girl will be able to maintain the survivability of Chrysos Heir, at the same time buffing his HP and crit. chance. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | A strong main damage dealer who plays in the break mechanics. In her normal state, greatly reduces her own health, so without good protective support she can find herself in a dangerous position. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Acts as a tank-damage dealer, but has the problem of not having his own heal or defense. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Specializes in constantly performing a counterattack due to talent and ult when receiving incoming damage. However, her only source of self-healing is a skill, which at low speed does not always allow her to restore health in a timely manner. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | The Moles boss can act as a main DD and sub-DD by applying the Burn status, which deals periodic damage. Hook needs support in the form of Path of Preservation or Abundance to avoid losing HP. |
![]() | ![]() | Can act as both a main and a secondary damage dealer, supporting with her own DPS a more powerful representative of the damage-dealing Path. The main characteristic of the girl is break effect, therefore, she is extremely easy to build. | |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Multifunctional representative of the damage-dealing Path. The hero's superpower is low in energy consumption, can impose a reduction in defense (E2) and a Freeze effect. The hits for the skill accumulate as the team spends points, so the character is considered economical and will fit into any team. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | A good damage dealer at the start of the game due to simple and convenient mechanics, as well as good area and single target damage. Although he restores health with equipment, this may cause problems during combat. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | The hero does not synergize well with Path of Preservation, as it is desirable for him to take damage. However, the fortune teller is an atypical representative due to the lack of a shield and the presence of heal/buffs, so they can play in the same team. But it’s worth considering that most of the damage will fall on the soothsayer, which means Blade will receive less damage than, for example, with the classic Path of Abundance support. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Jingliu in his enhanced state consumes HP from allies when he attacks. The Prophet will make such a unit less vulnerable to receiving fatal attacks and heal with a second trace. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | The main advantage of Sparkle is not only the increase in crit. damage, as well as total outgoing damage. The Masked Fool directly affects the increase in the number of skill points used during battle, and also contributes to their accelerated recovery. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | A powerful character that acts as a support and secondary damage dealer from a bonus attack. Directly boosts all allies, making her popular in any build. However, due to the peculiarities of her mechanics, she is best combined primarily with those who attack frequently and/or on multiple targets. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | A representative of the highest tier of Harmony, whose skills are aimed at increasing attack power, crit dmg and overall damage. When using the ultimate, advances action of all allies forward, which makes Robin the best support for characters that play from this mechanic. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | One of the best buffers. Provides an increase in attack power and crit dmg, which also combines well with an increase in crit rate. Together they can significantly boost the main DD. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | A support that increases overall damage, speed, break efficiency, and resistance break of all elemental types. Can delay the action, extend the break state, and passively damage. Plays well in builds with two DDs. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | F2P buffer, playing from the characteristic "break effect". Has low consumption of skill points, which is why is a good fit for any team as a secondary DD. In battle, is focused on increasing damage to enemies with a broken vulnerability, so he requires the elements in the team to match the weaknesses of monsters. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Universal support character: combines well not only with heroes who summon independent combat creatures to the battle arena, but also with other representatives of damage-dealing Paths. Increases critical mass, advances the action by 100%, is a support that is undemanding to skill points, restores energy, and also comprehensively increases outgoing damage. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | A free buffer that primarily focuses on increasing the speed and attack power of allies. In addition, she can also deal decent damage to multiple mobs with her skill. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Increases all damage dealt, attack power, and most importantly, helps restore energy faster. The last bonus is important not only for the main DD, but also for the fortune teller because of the expensive superpower. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Increases the attack power and speed of one ally. The main feature is the ability to restore action points, which are needed to use skills, therefore it is indispensable in some teams with a large consumption of resources. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Another F2P representative of the Path of Harmony. She can increase the attack power and crit. mass of allies. In combination with the skill of the prophetess, a fairly extensive list of enhancements is obtained. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | A standard debuffer that reduces the speed of enemies, delays their actions and at the same time deals pretty good damage to one or more targets. Can take the position of both support and sub-DD. |
![]() | ![]() | It is a debuffer that supports teams focused on depleting the toughness of enemies. It increases break effect, allows you to ignore vulnerabilities and further reduces the defense of enemies thanks to the negative status "Foxian Prayer". In addition, it is capable of independently inflicting good damage with its ultimate and enhanced attack. | |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | A powerful representative of the Nihility, whose skills are aimed at imposing the debuff "Ashen Roast" (considered a DoT status "Burn", which deals periodic fire-type damage). Enemies under the influence of "Ashen Roast" receive increased damage. The super ability, in turn, deals a high level of damage, and also imposes a third-party debuff that increases the damage taken by enemies from ultimate DPS-type skills. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | A classic Stellaron Hunter DoT team needs a tank, a healer, and a defender to keep the team alive. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Debuff with periodic wind DoTs from Arcane status, which becomes all DoT effects after using the ult. In addition, it has debuffs to reduce defense and increase incoming damage to enemies. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | A unique debuffer that can make a selected enemy weak to the element of one of their allies. Together with the seer, they can form a powerful monoquantum team. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | The primary damage dealer of the Path of Nihility, Acheron has a unique super ability that does not require energy regeneration. Instead, it is necessary to gain points of Slashed Dream by applying debuffs. The Farseer will provide her with survivability, and can also carry the Trend of the Universal Market cone to debuff enemies. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Belobog's Champion specializes in applying the Bleed status and increasing the enemy's damage taken. Can be part of Kafka's DoT team or act separately as a sub-DD/main-DD. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Pela's skill set is associated with lowering the defense of opponents and removing one buff from the target. The latter is especially useful if there is a battle, for example, with soldiers affected by Mara. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Inflicts Wind Shear on enemy targets, attacking them over several turns. Before a battle, a technique can impose the Blind status, which delays the actions of opponents in a certain area. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | If in the early stages of leveling up there are problems with the team’s defense, you can use support from the Path of Abundance, for example, Bailu. The dragon lady will cover the rear and heal if necessary. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | In a team with Luocha, the probability of losing health is reduced to zero. Therefore, as in the previous case, while the fortune teller is poorly leveled and does not cope with her task, you can insure yourself with a healer. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | In addition to healing, also removes debuffs from all allies and increases the seer's chances of being attacked by a skill. Can fill the last slot in a monoquantum team. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | A great free healer. If needed, in the early stages of the game, will provide additional healing using the ultimate and skill. |
Best team samples
Based on the characters considered, the following teams can be formed:
| Character 1 | Character 2 | Character 3 | Character 4 | Features |
|---|---|---|---|---|
![]() ![]() | ![]() | ![]() | ![]() | A monoquantum unit that is independent of the innate vulnerabilities of enemies, as the Silver Wolf can create an elemental weakness in one of its allies. In this case, all team members own the same element, so there is a 100% chance that the target will become vulnerable to quantum. |
![]() ![]() ![]() | ![]() | ![]() ![]() | ![]() | Classic team with main-dd of the Path of the Hunt. Bronya increases attack power, crit dmg and moves the action of the selected ally forward. Asta increases the speed of the entire team. The Prophet redirects incoming damage and heals, additionally buffs HP and crit rate. The main expenditure of skill points is on main DD. However, it is important to ensure that the Matrix of Prescience is active on a permanent basis. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() ![]() | ![]() | Yanqing is the main DPS who deals most of the damage in the team. Since he does not want to take damage due to the talent's peculiarity, you can put a shielder, for example, Gepard or the Fire Trailblazer. If there are no problems with taking damage, shielders are replaced with either Path of Harmony or Path of Nihility. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() ![]() | ![]() | Jing Yuan is the core of the group, dealing Lightning damage to the area with his abilities and Lightning Lord. Tingyun increases attack power and helps restore energy to one ally. Yukong is an additional source of buffs. If necessary, can be replaced with a Path of Nihility, for example, Pela. |
![]() | ![]() ![]() ![]() | ![]() ![]() ![]() | ![]() | A team with the Imbibitor and Silver Wolf as a debuffer, who also creates a weakness to the imaginary or quantum element with a skill. Yukong, Welt or the Imaginary MC are suitable for the position of the second imaginary character. If there is no Wolf available, you can remake the team by placing a Path of Harmony hero in her place, for example, free Asta. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Team through the wind weakness with Blade serving as the main damage dealer. Bronya increases attack power, crit dmg and advances action. Silver Wolf weakens the enemy and causes vulnerability to wind or quantum elements. The Fortuneteller is engaged in protecting allies. As in the previous case, the Wolf can be replaced by any representative of the Path of Harmony or Nihility. |
![]() | ![]() ![]() | ![]() ![]() | ![]() | Jingliu is the main DD. Most of the time, she is in a state of Spectral Transmigration, dealing increased damage to enemies and consuming HP of allies. Ruan Mei or Tingyun provide the team with various buffs. The fortune teller will help the team not to lose HP. Pela is dedicated to debuff enemy defenses, but can be replaced by Misha with E2 for additional damage. |
![]() | ![]() ![]() | ![]() | ![]() | DoT team with Kafka through periodic damage. Luka and Black Swan/Sampo apply Wind Shear and Bleed statuses, which the Stellaron Hunter then "explodes" with a skill or super ability. The head of the Divination Commission in this case plays the role of a tank, protector and healer. |
![]() ![]() | ![]() ![]() ![]() | ![]() ![]() | ![]() | Team playing through bonus attack. Feixiao/Himeko are the main damage dealers, while Yunli/Clara act as a sub-DD tank: absorb damage and destroy opponents with physical attacks. Herta helps the group outside of her turn or deals ice damage with her ult. The Prophet focuses on maintaining the survivability of allies. When going through activities with a large number, you can use Robin or Tribbie, whose skills will significantly boost all fighters of the team. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | ![]() | A team that relies on Argenti. Tingyun and Hanya greatly increase their DPS power by applying various buffs, leveling up energy, and marking enemies with the negative Burden status. The fortune teller supports the team with defensive skills. |
![]() | ![]() ![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Acheron – the main damage dealer, focused on destroying enemies. Path of Nihility characters provide max bonus from the Abyss trace and apply debuffs, helping to accumulate Slashed Dream points and Crimson Knot stacks. The Prophet redirects damage to herself, increases HP and crit rate. It is recommended to equip the Trend of the Universal Market cone on her to further weaken enemies. |
![]() ![]() | ![]() | ![]() ![]() | ![]() | Break team that fights one or more enemies and deals high damage to them while in a broken vulnerability state. It is optimal to complement the composition with supports such as Ruan Mei and the Harmony Trailblazer/Fugue, as they have useful buffs, such as the pierce effect. If Ruan Mei is missing, Asta can be used instead for increased speed and attack power. |
![]() | ![]() ![]() ![]() | ![]() ![]() | ![]() | A team with The Herta, who needs an Erudition character, as this boosts not only her, but also the rest of the team. The optimal addition to the build will be a buffer/debuffer, giving useful effects or debuff enemies. In addition, it is worth noting that the heroine values allies who can accumulate stacks of "Interpretation" with their attacks. |
The table below also includes budget and free teams:
| Character 1 | Character 2 | Character 3 | Character 4 | Features |
|---|---|---|---|---|
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | ![]() | F2P team with Dan Heng, who is the main DD. The Trailblazer increases the break effect and makes additional attacks on enemies with broken toughness. Asta is aimed at increasing speed and additionally buffs the attack due to talent. The Fortune Teller protects allies by shifting some damage to herself and healing. Instead of Yukong or Asta, you can use March 7 or Natasha. |
![]() ![]() ![]() | ![]() | ![]() ![]() | ![]() | A budget option aimed at mass damage, i.e. the destruction of several targets. Herta, Qingque or Serval can be placed in the main DD position. The Physical Trailblazer makes additional attacks both on a solo target and AoE. A hero of the Path of Harmony or Nihility will do for the third slot. |
![]() | ![]() | ![]() | ![]() | Arlan is the main DPS character. Asta enhances allies with superpowers and talents. Since Arlan is constantly spending health, additional healing may be required, especially in the initial stages. Free Natasha is suitable for this purpose. If the fortune teller copes with the group's defense, you can put another damage dealer or buffer/debuffer instead of Natasha. |
Is it worth pulling for Fu Xuan?

The head of the Divination commission is a support who specializes in maintaining team survivability. The peculiarity of the fortune teller is that although she follows the Path of Preservation, she combines several functions at once: she does not create shields, but redirects 65% of all damage received by characters in the team to herself, applies buffs (HP, crit rate, control resistance), heals and deals damage with an ultimate.
With proper leveling, she completely covers the team's need for defense. The heroine is undemanding to the setup, since it is enough to collect everything in HP, and at the same time she copes with her task perfectly without eidolons or a signature light cone. Of course, she has certain "minuses" and nuances, but if you take them into account and learn the features of the mechanics, she becomes an indispensable unit.
Which is better: signature or E1
First eidolon "Dominus Pacis". Significantly increases the heroine's value as a support, giving all allies an impressive increase in crit dmg for the duration of the Knowledge status activated by the skill. This bonus, coupled with the basic increase in crit rate and energy recovery from leveling up traces, will provide significant support to any DD character in the team.
The signature cone, She Already Shut Her Eyes, in turn, is aimed at several indicators of the fortune teller and her team at once:
- boosts HP of the wielder, on which the damage inflicted by her and the overall survivability during the battle depend;
- energy recharge of the healer, allowing you to activate her superpower more often;
- increases damage dealt by the entire team as the health of the cone owner decreases;
- periodic healing the entire team every new turn.
Despite the number of bonuses offered by the weapon "card", the first constant wins due to the greater percentage increase in the power of the team.
Achievements with the character
There is one achievement associated with the heroine, which is extremely difficult to complete in a trial run. It is better to use weekly bosses so that the fight lasts long enough to meet the conditions.
- Heh, Cosmic Big Lotto? — In a single battle, trigger the HP Restore effect of Fu Xuan's Talent "Bleak Breeds Bliss" for a total of 4 times. Reward: star jade ×5.
We hope this Honkai: Star Rail guide helped you put together the best Fu Xuan build.
